I’ve been waiting for over a week (and my package still hasn’t been delivered)to receive my bathroom lights all because the suppliers chosen delivery company will not leave the package at my home. Someone has to be home without knowing when the package will be delivered, never again. !!!!!

I was after replacement parts for some downlights and the manufacturer's website pointed me to Yesss Electrical. I'd never used them before, and seeing local stores gave me more confidence, however I decided to place my order online.

The items hadn't arrived within a week, despite showing in stock. I reached out and Ian from the Durham branch was very helpful. Ian called me back to let me know the issue and that he was on it. Ian, called again to see if I wanted to stick with delivery or collect the items from the Durham branch.

Despite the initial delay I really couldn't fault the service and will use again.

I’ve always been very impressed with the service I’ve received from Mansfield branch but the other day they totally surpassed my expectations. I had a job that took a turn for the worse and needed some materials so I could complete my job and get the power back on for 7 o’clock. This wasn’t a problem for Neil the manager whatsoever, not a problem I’ll get them there for 630 he said and he did. Can’t thank them enough they are fantastic wholesalers who take customer service to the next level

The delivered what I asked for, on time, I found the manufactures information lacking, and ended up having to watch multiple videos, to fathom out the lack of knowledge, from the instructions.

The product is great and will prove very useful in our field, which will allow us to keep warm and sheltered from the elements, during our work.

Ordering through YESSS was straightforward and simple to negotiate. When the carrier let the process down and failed to deliver the item the YESSS staff immediately took action to sort the situation out and were thereafter very attentive in ensuring that the item did get delivered with no further fuss.

Still hasn't arrived in store

I intially gave YESSS a poor review due to no delivery. Realised soon after it was their courier that was letting them down. Marie at the Normanton branch went out of her way to resolve this and arranged delivery via a different courier. Well pleased to recieve the heater which is great quality. Thanks YESSS I will happily use you guys again and recommend to others.
