I added a few items to achieve the free shipping, was a little dissapointed as the additional items were delivered separately to the main item (cable) seems a bit crazy to not just offer free shipping when they actually delivered twice!

I spoke to George and he was super knowledgeable, every part of my LED strip from Driver to connections and tracks were in stock. Price was great but it was the customer service that stood out. Found YESSS Electrical online while I was looking for suitable solar panels for my balcony solar project. They had a good selection in stock, and as they are local to me, they offered free delivery on orders over £90. Compared to others who want £200+ regardless of spend, this was a big win. I ordered the panels over the weekend. I got a phone call Monday morning saying the only stock of the two panels I had ordered was down in Bristol, but they had 2 panels of a better spec in stock at Sunderland, which they could supply the next day. I said yes and got the panels the next day at the same price. The staff had a great attitude. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

80% inflation in only 7 hours
Early morning bought and paid for 4 455w solar panels with free delivery. By late afternoon they cancelled my order but offered to increase the wattage by a massive 5W for only an extra £228 nearly double. I sadly declined
