I intially gave YESSS a poor review due…
I intially gave YESSS a poor review due to no delivery. Realised soon after it was their courier that was letting them down. Marie at the Normanton branch went out of her way to resolve this and arranged delivery via a different courier. Well pleased to recieve the heater which is great quality. Thanks YESSS I will happily use you guys again and recommend to others.

Was asked a delivery date of when delivery was needed when ordering but was delivered 4 fays earlier than asked for and was left at front door when no one was in,

Cable ordered online wasn't delivered to store
Ordered 2x 30m drums of cable online to be delivered to the local branch. On the day I requested, I called before driving there and was told they didn't have any. Was called back 5 mins later to tell me they did have a 100m drum that they could cut 60m off. I drove there and was told it would be 60m loose, so I was talked into taking the whole 100m.
What's the point in ordering online and showing warehouse stock if it doesn't get sent? Apparently stores are only stock if they can't fulfill it from what they already have.

Once again great service from the team at Yesss Electricals in Watford. Rob served me first regarding LED bulbs and was patient and explained everything and the bulb is fine. I have also been served by Jake and Ben was on fine form with amusing comments! Guys thanks so much for your repeated help and excellent service.
