Don’t buy the watch. Poor connectivity with IPhone. Been waiting for a response for over 2 weeks to get an answer. I have a watch that can’t even tell the time as it worked and then didn’t work.
Have gone back to my trusted Fitbit. Honestly it isn’t worth all the marketing hype. Plus you can’t get calls on it or notifications that calls are coming through. And the BP isn’t worth a single recording. I have a professional BP and heart monitor. The calibration is way off.
Not happy I have wasted time and money on marketing hype.

Terrible after sale service. Got my watch as a birthday present but couldn’t register it. Followed all the instructions and given the app all the permissions it needs but when I try to pair the watch it doesn’t show up on the app. I contacted the company through the support email and also filled in the form provided in the app and 2 days later still haven’t heard from them. Now I have a smart watch that’s not even showing the right time let alone all the ‘smart’ features it is supposed to offer. NOT GOOD AT ALL

The wrist strap is too small when fitted with the inflatable the blood pressure monitor is wildly inaccurate,all the other functions operate OK. Wouldn't buy again

So. I took a gamble on the X2 watch as I was after a replacement for my fitbit. The X2 seemed like the ideal watch offering so many amazing features so I went and purchased the X2. I will be honest I was underwhelmed when I recieved the watch and I had a few issues from the start with it not recording steps and ecg issues along with a few others. I initially contacted the customer services who replied almost immediately. 4 weeks later and after a few updates along the way I have to say that I more than impressed with the X2 and its performance. Everything works great and the accuracy is near spot on. The interactive app that they have records all of your health stats and allows you to earn electronic currency to spend towards items by just doing normal day to day activities. I would definetly recommend x wrist watchs and as a company I can see them doing great things.

A couple of minor problems, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve the problems which they did with great panache, well done!

After much research for a device to monitor my blood pressure due to receiving a reading of 204 over 108 at hospital!!! I kept coming back to the X-Wrist first generation.
Recieved it on Saturday 23rd April. Downloaded the app and was super easy to set everything up.
It has been a revelation over the past couple of days to keep an eye on my blood pressure and watch it settle, also to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen & temperature. Also the app is really well set out and informative.
Super happy with my watch and looking forward to exploring all its functions....and even better a British company to boot 👍👍👍👍👍

After initial teething problems I have my watch up and working and I'm very pleased with it

I just received the watch and for the money you pay is a good investment. I would say that is more a health medical device then a fitness and multisport device. The fitness features are quite basic (there is no GPS, no multisport profiles, no detail info while training), but the health monitor features I might say are formidable, almost 90-95% accurate with medical equipments. I see it more as a medical monitoring instrument then a fitness watch. I use a Polar Grit X and an Huawei GT2 to monitor my trainig and I will stick to them on this aspect as they offer a lot of feedback in terms of traing and recovering but in terms of health and medical feedback I will stick with X-wrist. In terms of health and medical feedback it offers accuracy with a price that is hard to compete. To get this info from a Apple watch you need to invest between 400-600£, Samsung is a hit and miss as it requires too much hassle and installations, Huawei watch D has a price of 600-700 dollars in China and is not in Europe yet, there are other brand like Withings but the price of this band makes it worth it and unique if you want to stay on top of your health monitoring. Basic fitness data but wealthy health data. In term of support I didn't understand how the company will support the watch on firmware updates. Will it be firmware update support or in 6 months you have to buy another product? There is need for some clarification in term of technical and firmware support.

Accurate enough to make it useful apart from the sleep records , don’t find they are reliable, but overall does what it says it will do , only issues are …
1. Pulling strap off to recharge could be easier it’s very tight

2. On the setting to collect data every 20 minutes the battery only last 3 to 4 days.

Overall a good useful product at an affordable price

excellent fitness band,had Harman Fitbit bit this has been the best so far

Just received my band and it is a great product.
Made in England which is nice to know.
Delivery took longer than advertised but all worked out in the end.

1 The device has arrived in good time and like so many posts I struggled to get the wrist strap off to charge it.
2 the lack of good clear written instructions is frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be much online that I can find on how to use the device, plenty on how to buy it.
3 the device screen is cluttered as are the app screens. I’m guessing the screen itself is not touch sensitive but to be honest I can’t really tell.
4 The health metrics seem accurate
5 The notifications are difficult to read at times with a small font and not displayed for long with no obvious way to retrieve the message.

This is a great watch.
Everything was spot on even got confirmation from my GB about the readings,
The only thing I cant seem to change the is watch screen...

the x-wrist is the cheapest and best thing i have ever bought for what it does. it also has an APP to download to see all the data and updates every 10 minutes.
i occasionally kept losing the signal from mobile phone to x-wrist but i found a solution to solve that...put the x-wrist on my wrist with my apple watch! i have not lost a signal since.
best buy ever...please do not miss out or you will be disappointed. 5 out of 5 by me.

Looks a really good but for the life of me I cannot get the strap off to charge it. I am afraid I will damage it because the only way to get it off is to use extreme force (well that's what it seems to me). Can anybody explain to me the easy way to do this please?
Oh I have tried the live chat and it's been about 10 mins but it says "our usual reply time is 4 mins".

Excellent small piece of hardware.
Bought it few days ago, the data is spot on, battery lasts (did not charge it yet).
A bit hard to remove the strap to charge but everything is fine now.
Recommend!

Looks nice, works well, does what I want it to do, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, steps etc. Good battery life.

A solid & absolutely sufficient smartwatch for little money. Yeah, he's tracking as not 100% accurate. But what health monitoring watch does that? I can't say anything about the silicone band, as I just got another band to it.
