Really wanted to like this watch
Really wanted to like this watch, small company up against the big boys and all that. It was great at first, then different functions just either stopped or were wildly inaccurate. Customer service is shall we say, Slow to non existant. As its just over 12 months old reluctantly I will be cutting my losses. Lesson learned on my part.

Further edit (dated 23rd March 2024): A few days ago I was contacted by Paul, the CTO of the company (see his reply below). He explained the problems the company were facing, and he has now made a really generous offer to make up for the difficulties faced. I'm grateful for that. And - since I do think the product is pretty good, though it could indeed do with a few design tweaks - I'm happy to stay with this company and this product. (And by the way no one asked me to write this update - it's purely my decision). On the basis of how they are now engaging with me - which I believe to be fair and generous - I'm now giving this review 5 stars, and I think it's worth it.
I bought an X2 X-wrist watch more or less exactly a year ago (29 Nov 2022). Still using it, though certain things have packed up and don't work (it has stopped counting any steps when I cycle/use exercise bike, for example). However, since it's my only health-monitoring watch, I do still use it and get some benefit from it.
However, the leather strap (my skin seems to be allergic to the silicon one) has broken, and without a strap the thing is useless. I've emailed several times, but zero response. I also see that the X2 is given as 'sold out', though the LT seems to be available still.
BUT...no response whatsoever from X-Wrist. I assume - like the others in more recent reviews - that X-wrist has gone out of business.
My strong advice: find another health watch!
EDIT (12 Jan 2024): It seems X-wrist must still be in business, because they contacted Trustpilot today, asking for more details (eg, invoice no), so that they "can understand [my] experience better"], which I've just provided; so we'll see what they say, if anything. They still haven't answered any of my emails, as mentioned above, though!

Looked like the company went bust - but NO!
Back in November it had looked like the company had gone bust with no replies to emails for a few months. Just recently (20/03/24) I had a long explanation email from their CTO explaining that they had suffered a bereavement in the company but were now getting back on their feet. SO pleased to see them back as previously they had been outstanding in terms of both product (I have both X1 and now X2 watches) and customer service. These really are very clever little devices!

Do not buy as CS non existent …
Have had a watch since the first released. Had several problems, initial received a replacement (which was clearly used!). When that stopped working just after 1 year, I contacted asking for upgrade options 3 times, never had a response.
Good product when it works, but when it stops & it will, Customer Support is non existent. Shame.

I lost the charging lead for my watch…
Since my first review regarding the loss of my charging lead I have since had an email giving an explanation for the delay in getting back to me and Roger from x-wrist has sent me a new watch and charging lead
The watch works perfectly as did the previous one , my complaint was made because when I stupidly lost the first charging lead I was unable to buy a replacement and got no response from the company
If Roger contacts the others with their grievances in the same positive manner with which he addressed mine I’m sure the company will get back on track and I wish him well for the future

DO NOT BUY ONE!! ⚠️
Purchased a year ago, and after initial slight difficulties in setting it up, and figuring out settings to enable battery life to be satisfactory, I was fairly happy with the watch.
Within a very short time there were repeated problems with the App connecting to the server, X-wrist help line gave the same excuse every time... "we are updating our server"
It has now been 4 days since my App managed to connect and synchronise data allowing me to view past workouts etc. Now I get no reply at all from customer support.
NOTE.
This watch will not fully function without Internet connection to their server, so if you intend to use it in remote outdoor areas it is almost useless.

UPDATE...
I fully appreciate the response from X-wrist, however, time will tell, and I will reserve judgement until I see an improvement in the operation of the watch and the server connectivity, I will then edit my comments accordingly.
This was not a cheap purchase, and after the watch being practically useless for well over a year, I feel "a heartfelt apology" from X-wrist is of little comfort. I have a bucket full of sincere apologies collected over the years, and I have never managed to spend a single one yet.

Paid £165 in January this year.
Paid £165 in January this year. Had a replacement in April as original watch developed a fault. However the replacement watch will now not charge up. No response from Robert or company despite using all methods of contact. Never again. You have been warned ⚠️ Currently heading to small claims court.

Stoped working my watch

The watch was great until it stopped charging
Sent back under warranty a month of them having it had an email offering me an upgrade to a newer model , accepted it sent address to send too .
2 months later no watch no contact not responding to emails.
Terrible customer service save yourself the trouble avoid this company no warranty backup what so ever
Update after months of waiting I tried contacting them again I received a proper response and a new watch within a week so obviously they have sorted out their issues

Non working watch
Watch received. Does not work though, screen initially flickered then just full of coloured horizontal lines. No response from customer service. Complete waste of money. Will make sure it is reported anywhere I can though so hopefully others do not lose their money.

We have bought both an x1 and an x2…
We have bought both an x1 and an x2 from X-Wrist and now own an LT. We are really impressed. For those of you who have read my review before, we did have a small problem but it has all been resolved now and X-Wrist are now back on track and better than ever. Many thanks to Mr Petrescu who went above and beyond to sort my little problem once he was aware of it. Buy with confidence.

Bought the tbp in October 2022
Bought the tbp in October 2022, started to get problems by the end of October, 5th November they say it’s a hardware issue sent out replacement, 6th December issues with replacement, January 2023 sent me the next generation which worked ok for a few months but is now so inaccurate, bp readings way off, bpm way off, steps way off. That’s my third watch and totally wasted my money on a product that is unfit for purpose. Now it takes 16 HOURS to charge from 20% to 95%. Don’t waste your money on these faulty watches. Buyer beware.

I’ve had the x-wrist LT since July and…
I’ve had the x-wrist LT since July and initially was quite disappointed as I had some issues however the after sales support was excellent and I worked through the problems and it has been fantastic up until around 2 weeks ago when it kept shutting down. Again the technical support was second to none and it’s again probably the best watch of its kind for the price

Got the X2 as a gift
I received the X2 as a present a couple of months ago. Despite having a couple of hiccups when trying to set it up, I managed to connect it and use it without issues since. I got some support from their website chat but I would suggest implementing phone support as well, it would make things easier for the technology newbies such as myself.

Great watch, shame about the support and warranty
Great watch - terrible after sales service. Watch strap doesnt fit the watch and no one there to answer emails.
10/12/22: After a bit of a delay I did receive replacement strap in the post and it fits fine. Communications is key - answer emails timeously.

my watch was replaced rather than repaired immediately after receiving notified of a problem with my current watch . great customer service received after the company identified a problem in receiving my previous emails. great watch would highly recommend, it has helped me manage and identify issues with my vitals stats and health during cancer treatment and in my recovery to build up my stamina again.

Nice watch X-WRIST X2 but some fixes are needed
I bought two X-WRIST X2 watches, mainly for my mother and myself, out of curiosity. After I tried it, I noticed good features for health monitoring, such as blood pressure, blood oxygen, and body temperature. The ECG works pretty well. I would recommend you add the result of the ECG, such as sinus rhythm or signs of atrial fibrillation (similar to other smartwatches).
Unfortunately, I noticed the sleep monitoring indicator didn't show any record. Also, I've been to the gym, and no workout calories were recorded. Only the heart monitor worked. Maybe there is a fix to this.
I bought the watch for my mother's blood pressure monitoring needs. Hence I am satisfied with the acquisition. The blood pressure measurement works well and is quite accurate (error margin -10 points). Compared to other brands the accuracy level is similar. I was also impressed with the blood oxygenation and body temperature features that work well. The watch and app automatically measure and monitor the above vital signs, and you can compare the measures at different time frames. I liked it. So it met my needs and expectation, but if you could check the above (calories & sleep recording) and further develop the ECG, the watch would definitely be highly competitive with other brands. However, it is already a great acquisition considering the price for vital signs and health monitoring at different time frames with a nice app dashboard.
