Our experience with Wren has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Firstly, the delivery driver arrived in a very grumpy mood and showed little willingness to understand our situation. This was completely unexpected, as we expected a company like Wren to have much higher standards of customer service and professionalism.
The biggest issue, however, was with the flooring we purchased. Our builder advised us that the flooring supplied was unsuitable because our existing floor is uneven and the product is too thin for this type of installation. We relied on the advice of the sales advisor at the Old Trafford, Manchester showroom because we are not flooring experts. We explained what we needed, yet no one advised us that this type of flooring would be unsuitable for our floor. We trusted Wren's expertise and expected to be guided towards the correct product.
When we contacted customer services, the experience became even worse. We spoke to Bailey, who was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to find a reasonable solution, he repeatedly focused on explaining why the items had to be booked for return and why there was effectively no return option available. This policy had never been explained to us when we made the purchase, and had we known, we would have thought twice before buying.
The conversation was unnecessarily prolonged, with very little effort made to resolve the issue. Eventually, we were told to send photographs so the matter could be investigated. This was yet another surprise, as we had already clearly explained that the flooring was unsuitable based on our builder's professional assessment.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard we expected from a company that promotes itself as customer-focused. The level of service we received, from the delivery experience to the showroom advice and customer support, bears little resemblance to the positive image Wren presents in its advertising. We feel let down at every stage and would not recommend Wren based on our experience.

Accurate and updated tracking so timing of delivery was exactly as stated. Lovely delivery team, aware of impact on neighbours. Quick, helpful and really friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Awful company told kitchen would take 1 week in week 9 and still not finished on 5 occasions the fitter hasn't turned up after me taking time off work. Got onto wren who said they will contact fitter and still waiting. Paid 5000 for kitchen installer and nowhere near finished

A lovely kitchen, local customer care great but central office not easy to get in touch with, long waits on the phone. We had difficulty getting them to agree to replacing a non working fridge and when we had a large unopened package of materials which had not been used they refunded but would not collect and suggested we cut it up ourselves and take it to the tip. What a criminal waste of resources. Not at all impressed!

I moved into a property with an existing Wren kitchen. While the quality of the kitchen is fine, the layout doesn't work for my needs, so I only needed to purchase three additional units to make it functional.
I visited Wren and was initially told that, because of company policy, I would have to buy a minimum of five units. I was then given quotes for both a flat-pack kitchen and a fully assembled kitchen instead.
I asked the showroom to contact Customer Services on my behalf, as I had been unable to get through myself, to see whether an exception could be made. They came back to say that I could purchase just the three units I needed, but that no discounts would be applied.
Wren is currently advertising up to 60% off kitchen units, yet I was quoted over £2,700 for just three units with no discount. This was only around £180 less than the cost of an entirely new kitchen.
I simply cannot justify removing a perfectly good kitchen and paying thousands more for installation when I only need three extra units to make the existing kitchen work. It seems incredibly wasteful and difficult to understand from both a customer service and environmental perspective.
I am extremely disappointed with a company that promotes itself as offering great value and caring about its customers. Their advertising feels misleading when existing Wren customers cannot benefit from the same discounts on replacement or additional units. It also seems very short-sighted not to support customers who simply need to adapt or extend an existing Wren kitchen.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wren. If I am ever in a position to buy a completely new kitchen in the future, I will certainly be looking elsewhere.

Ben was fantastic, I was really upset with my installation and how long I was on hold for. But he was very kind and friendly and sorted the situation out. He’s gotten me another installer as I was left without one half way through the installation. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Tom texted to say when he would arrive. Tom was very professional, explained everything he was going to do and invited us to ask any questions if we were unsure about anything. we feel very confident with the service we received and are grateful to Tom for making it all very hassle free and straightforward

Trying to get a Refund off Wrens is soooo Painful n Long Winded ..... Had Kitchen installed n everything was 1st Class .... but had to Return n Item which was collected in beginning of April .... and a Refund agreed 10 -14 days after this was Collected .... its now the middle of July and im still waiting for this to be resolved after many emails n phone calls during this Period .... Customer Service after care has been appalling ... so just be aware of any Refunds dealt with by Customer Services ... this is an ongoing nightmare .....

The day we went to plan the kitchen was good as the salesperson was very thorough in ensuring the kitchen plan was as we wanted.
Easy visit with no pressure.
Fitting went very smoothly with a high standard of finish by the fitters who arrived on time and kept us informed at every stage.
The units are very good quality and the grain on the doors and end panels is very for which enhances the finish.
Waste all uplifted in an efficient manner.
We had a few issues:
A damaged unit identified on arrival.
A part which was not required
The wooden doors understandably need a few bits touched up to the finishes( but this was fine tooth comb stuff)
All of the issues were handled quickly and without question by Michelle who put our minds at ease who is a great asset to Wren.

My first home design appointment was booked for 30 June at 12:00pm. I waited at home, but no one arrived. At 12:15pm, I called the Enfield showroom and only then discovered that my appointment had been rescheduled. I had received a reminder confirming the appointment, but nowhere did it say that I needed to confirm my attendance. The surveyor later told me he had another "bigger" job and had left me a voicemail asking to rearrange. I had taken time off to be available, and I found it unacceptable that my appointment appeared to be treated as less important.
After complaining, I decided to give Wren another chance.
I booked a second home design appointment for 9 July at 10:30am. At 10:26am, just four minutes before the appointment, I received a call saying the previous appointment had overrun and the surveyor would arrive around 11:00am. My son and I both work from home and had arranged our work schedules around the agreed appointment time.
During the call, the surveyor was whispering, which made me question whether he was actually at another appointment. I immediately called the Enfield showroom and, to my surprise, the same person answered the phone in exactly the same voice and confirmed his name. That left me with serious doubts about the explanation I had been given.
At that point, I lost all confidence in Wren. Two appointments, two disappointments, and a complete lack of respect for my time.
I contacted Customer Care, but rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was simply told to contact the showroom manager myself.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wren. I have never experienced customer service like this before. This review is an honest account of what happened to me.

Customer services are incompetent. Have been chasing Wren for my £200 refer a friend fee since last October. They have now paid my mother (who I referred) but not me.
I have had my kitchen for a year!
They do not honour promises. Very quick to take your money/order though!
