Great giving advice, but poor aftersales
Wouldn't bother with these guys. They give fast delivery and good advice but ultimately soldering on led strips has been poor and I've had numerous repairs. But the thing that's troubled me the most is selling me their expensive drivers which have failed and they are not honouring a replacement. Originally pitched to me as having a 5 year warranty, and upon making a claim, they say it's not automatic and I had to fill out a form. Hey? Is that how these guys treat customers? I've made numerous large orders in the past but won't be anymore.

Hi RIshi, our apologies for the experience you've had shopping with us. Having spoken to customer services, I can see that you've made two orders with us previously. The driver you bought unfortunately only came with a 1 year warranty, and this was stated on the product page for the driver before it was discontinued from our product line up. The free extended 5 year warranty only applies to selected lines. Our apologies once more. The WLED Team.
Brilliant design service - helpful with great advice
Simon was incredibly helpful setting up the design of the lighting for our kitchen. Very patient and gave plenty of good advice on the best options to acheive what we were looking for - even arrnaging for samples to test out the options. Great service, denfinitely recommend to anyone considering installing LED lighting.

Light switch’s took ages to arrive
Light switch’s took ages to arrive, one switch needed to be sent back I was told a charge of 15% admin would be put on and I would have to pay for the packaging and postage to send it back. Switch was sent back 3 weeks ago still haven’t received a partial refund.
Thanks for replying to the review however after 3 weeks I’m yet to receive my money back?

Architectural lighting issues solved
Having struggled with some LED architectural lighting requirements I contacted Wholesale LED Lights and spoke to Simon who was so helpful and knowledgeable we solved the problem with the AON Strip LED's and now can't wait for our contractor to install.
