Not receiving any communication from the delivery company and then finding your pallet left in the middle of your driveway is understandably disappointing. I have no problems with White Horse Energy , it was the courier company I could not get through to and not yourselves. As usual your logs came high quality and well packed today. Unfortunately the courier were the let down waited in all day for them a message or phone call just to say that we would not get our delivery yesterday is all it took.
