Usually bought cheap logs until I tried ecoblaze. Logs have lower moisture, burn longer and cleaner than budget logs from big stores. Might pay a couple of quid more but I think you get a longer burn... Mehr ansehen

Selling cat litter as fuel ( wood pellets
I use the wood pellets I purchased from ecoblaze a week or two ago when they arrived they were packaged as CAT LITTER. I spoke to A customer services representative regarding this and I was assured that they’ll be absolutely fine to burn in the heaters. ( pellet torches
The pellets did not burn well at all They caused significant damage to the glass tubes and also a sticky residue accumulated in the ashtrays of the burners
Only offered a refund for the pellets. The two burners cost £250 each

Easy to find what I needed
It was relatively easy to use the website. I was able to look at several different options to find the one that was best for my needs.
Delivery was on time and I was kept informed of dispatch and was able to track delivery.
I haven't used the logs yet. It has turned hot at the moment.
