At the Wendy's location at 5100 Cortez Rd W in Bradenton Florida, I ordered a new Panko Fish sandwich they are advertining on a large sign by the Drive-thru Menu (which is impossible to read, since backlighting of the panel has been out forever!)...Girl taking orders at first didnt even know what I was talking about, since intelligence is not a requirement for employment there.
Finally she figured out what it was. I pulled up to where you pay window, and was told I should pull up further and wait, since they had to make the fish sandwich.
I waited and waited and waited (long enough to see the clerk and her friend on their break walk next door to Checkers to eat! Too funny. Finally, FINALLY some guy brought me my sandwich...AND when I got home and started to eat it...IT WAS A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH - NO SHIT!!...Utter incompetence up and down the line at Wendys.

Savoury chicken sandwiches, all around great-tasting food. Good assortment of dessert options, but they're most known for their frosty's. Higher quality food than similar fast-food chains

Negative experience I went in for a free youth Frosty for using uniform when I went over there I waited for about 2 minutes and waited continued waiting until nobody served me finally song came up about 15 minutes later, not just that but I made eye contact with all three workers that were back there.

I just visited the wendys in Ahoskie, NC and my experience was awful! We used the mobile app and set a specific time to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it when we got there! The employees were slow, unmotivated,and had a lackluster way of dealing with customers. They had no sodas, tea, or frosties and had just run out of the little lemonade they had. The floor was also sticky! It was just a terrible visit all around! I have heard many complaints from other people around town about their service as well. Something seriously needs to change or else that wendys will not make it!

Having a fill line in the chili cups is so miss leading and a tip off. The cups are already tiny, then your not even going to fill the cups up. What a misleading scam. Not a mystery why tons of Wendy's locations are closing.

First I ordered a biggie meal with a jr. bacon cheese and the price had gone up $3.50 and all the food was smaller. And to top it all off everything was really cold. Very unhappy with wendys right now.

I put in a complaint back in early November about orders, not being fulfilled properly and giving the wrong orders over the past year. I called customer service. They said they were gonna help me out and they never did. They gave me the runaround. I’ve called them close to 4 to 5 times since November They said that they were gonna give me a gift card towards $80 of meals because I had 4 to 5 meals messed up at $20 apiece and I’m still waiting on the gift cards. I’ve talked to different managers and different people at customer service and they’ve done absolutely nothing. Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would never eat there ever again or tell anyone to eat at Wendy’s ever again, they are so unprofessional. it’s been going on for months now and they have still not done anything to help me out all they keep telling me is that they’re gonna send me a gift card and they’ve never sent me anything. This is not how you deal with angry customers and upset customers. They told me that they had to do all these investigations and this and that and yet nothings ever come about, they never called me back nothing. I’m tired of calling them over and over and them telling me that they’re gonna help me out which I’m still waiting.

At the Wendy's location at 5100 Cortez Rd W in Bradenton Florida, I ordered a single cheeseburger and specifically told the order taker NO PICKELS AND NO TOMATO and she even read it back b to me!! Needless to say when I got home and took a bite of the cheeseburger, it had pickels and tomatoes on it!! Should I have checked the order before I took it home??? This is a perfect example of poor customer service!! Employees not competent to handle a simple request. This will be posted on all social media sites.
Management needs to train their employees to take pride in serving their customers!!

Wendy's located on Patterson Ave in Reisterstown sold me a burger they clearly had already been made. Maybe from a messed up order Idk. The fact is Wendy's burgers are never frozen and are made to order. I ordered a #7 which is the Baconator. The sandwich was OLD the burger was dry and the bread was hard. Angry was an understatement. I didn't waste my time going back nor did I call. I didn't have time to be combative over a burger. I actually came here because of prior experience and they were all great. But it ONLY takes 1 time to spoil the experience for me and that will be the last time. Check your food before leaving the drive thru and store to assure it's 100% to your satisfaction . I will not be returning. It was a waste of my time, money and gas.

The food was delicious. However, my husband couldnt get to use the toilet as there was a problem with a gang of teenagers dealing drugs in there!! The poor attendant was 63 years old and tried to control the situation but if anything had happened he wouldn't have stood a chance!

Avocado chicken salad and classic chicken wrap absolutely disgusting couldn't even eat it , my first experience of Wendy's very very disappointed

Clean and tidy fast food place that’s not over ran with kids. Good food and warm chips. Staff were friendly and working hard to keep the place clean, especially Rachel who didn’t stop!

Absolutely the worst Wendy for customer service (Tuttle Mall, Columbus Ohio). Used app to order a staple of their menu since 1970s and when I went to pickup, they were out. When asked for my refund, was told all app purchases and refunds run through their main office. After reaching out to them, they passed the buck back to this franchise owner who would not respond. Wendy’s at one time was the gold standard, but their quality and attention to customer service has dropped off significantly the past year. There are too many options available to spend my money and I caution against spending your money here too. They just don’t give a damn anymore.

First off had to wait 4 to 5 minutes to place an order because I refuse to use self order then was told after the order was taken they had no change so for a double meal I paid $13 because they did not have change then the order was made correct but it was so dry. I almost gagged on it. There was no ketchup on it. All I asked for was no pickles no mustard no cheese. Everything else was fine but there was no ketchup. The fries were nice and happy because I ordered low salt and the drink was a little flat. Definitely not going back there again. Thought I’d give it a new try since it was under new management, but still the same crappy food.
