Got my order wrong, and wouldn't put it right.

it was very clean, food was nice and polite staff

The worst service I've ever received!! It takes forever to get served, the service is terrible, many people left because they refused to serve them and treated them badly in front of everyone!! The absolute worst service, it's disgusting. These employees are rude and don't know how to talk to customers. The worst service in the world is what you get here!! I was a regular customer, but I'm never coming back. I'm going to McDonald's; the service there is the best.

Just travelled from Ayrshire to try Wendy's in Linwood. OH MY GOD, I'd go as far as to say it was the worst meals I've ever tasted. Firstly £35.35 for 3 meals, but the cheese fries had a black hair in them, totally put us off eating immediately. They did replace them, and a blonde girl did tell staff but you could visually see the workers making food, some in plain hoodies, no uniform, some wearing gloves but the sratching their heads, and touching screens then food. Some girls wearing hairnets but others not, and guys with hair falling over their face. The bacon cheese fries were swimming in oil. The place was filthy. Truly one of the worst takeaways we've ever had. Order number 5185 on 25/1/26.

The Festival Leisure restaurant is terrible.
Cold food, incomplete orders, managers shouting at staff and treating them like dogs in front of customers, if you try and order something they have run out of it doesn’t tell you they have run out it just won’t let you pay so you have no idea what they don’t have when ordering, the chips are never full and they miss out any extras like cheese or onions etc.

Went today my chicken burger had a big brown hair hanging out it.
Was starving and rest of family were all ready eating so just got another but wish I got money back food was tasteless cold and not worth the hype.

Chips were the best part !
No apology giving either .

Won’t be back gutted as was looking forward to it

Wendy’s Newcastle City Centre:
Can’t even review the food, as we attempted to enter the building and the door was locked, chairs on tables, nobody around but lights still on. (This was at 00.20 and your closing time states 02.00)
If you change your opening times, please have the courtesy to update online and on the notice on your premises - very frustrating for customers with limited late night options.

Wendy's Yellow cab holding Thorndale pa. just raised there prices and not just 20 or 50 cents but 1.00 dollar on a 5.00 dollar Item that's one big jump in price. I used to eat there sometimes Twice a day lunch and or dinner or both now sorry but McDonald's here I come and even Golden corral where it cost about $ 10.00 for ALL YOU CAN EAT not just a hamburger ,fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a SMALL soda .Your prices are EXTREMELY TO HIGH.

Well that was just about as bad as you can get, raw under cooked chicken burger although they did replace it I have had already bitten into it let hope that I don't get food poisoning!
As for the valve not great the wraps are small and assembled very messy.

My husband has loved your chili in the restaurant and when he found out he could get it in a can, he was THRILLED. Well, 1 year later, he just finished a can of it, and he said, something is wrong with this chili!!! Is the expiration date old?? He is so bummed!!! What did you do to make it so much worse??!!!

The new store at Linwood is very small with limited parking.I went a wed mid morning.No hot drinks nor frostys available. Slow service, no apologies or explanation as to when they would have a full menu. Depressing place with us all hanging about the counter for ages for our orders.Has only been opened two weeks but doesn't feel like it.No friendly enthusiastic staff . Wont be going again.Food ok but pricey.

We were in watervliet on Saturday Dec27th 25 stopped at Wendy's 145 pm to get chili we were told oh we just put the chili on it will be one hour to one hour and a half before chili would be ready we turned around and walked out will never go there again.

There was a one-cent deal going on with the burger from Wendy's if you ordered anything you got this burger for $0.01 through the app I did that I got to the window and I asked her how much it was charged to my card and I looked at the receipt she charged me for the burger and my drink That was wrong she said she had no way of redoing the order of fixing the order or even giving me a refund right then and there that I could just cancel the order in the app and that a few days from now I would get my refund That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I didn't understand why they didn't understand me They said order it in the app I did I paid for it on in the app got to the window and was charged for the burger which was supposed to be a penny because I bought something to drink which is what you were supposed to do so I'm not understanding what they don't understand I'll never go there again

Fast ordering, and food came out fast and accurate. Good experience for our first time at Wendy’s. Umarah was super helpful.
