My original order was delayed due to lots of factors, holiday timing, shipping and untlimately suppliers wer out of stock.
Kamil Ostolski helped me and he was the best. He emailed me back promptly with realistic expectations and gave me so many solutions to my issue.
In the end we came to the conclusion that cancelling my contacts and ordering a different brand would be the quickest way forward (i needed my contacts asap - for obvious reasons). Those lenses came quickly and efficiently.
Even though my original order wasn't the smoothest, the way the team handled it was super cool, they fixed the issue and the 2nd go was seamless and it made me want to order from them again :)
To add, I had ordered from them prior to the above incident and it went super smooth. So I think the supplier issue was a very rare occurrence! 10/10

I was on holiday and forgot to take enough lenses to Menorca, so ordered additional through your website, frankly not hoping for the best as they had to be sent from Malta to Majorca to Menorca, and then to my hotel. I really wasn't expecting to receive them, but did, on time and when expected.

Our “3–5 working days” timeframe refers to DHL Express delivery from the moment the order is dispatched. If an item is on order/back-order, there’s a short lead time before dispatch (usually ~7 business days), and we try to flag this clearly on product pages and in order updates.

We would like to clarify that our prices remain highly competitive — not only compared to local opticians in Malta, where the same lenses often cost €65–75 or more for the same product, but also compared to other online stores across Europe.
For example, your order of Dailies AquaComfort Plus 90 pack was purchased at €49.65 (after discount), while competitors such as Alensa list the same product for around €59.90. In local Maltese shops, the retail price is much higher.
It’s also important to mention that wholesale costs for contact lenses have been rising in recent years. Despite this, we have chosen to cut our margin so that we can continue offering some of the best prices available in Malta.
We hope this clears up any doubts, and we truly value your continued trust.
