Double check expected delivery dates
Unfortunately my experience didn’t go very well at all.
Dispatched later than advertised when placing the order.
Lenses were dispatched from Malta, the tracking information showed they were held up as issue with the address. I ordered to Fuerteventura and the lenses were sent to the Netherlands.
Communication with customer services was good, I did end up requesting a full refund as due to the extended delay I was back in the UK.

I ordered my lenses over 2 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. There has been no communication or update to let me know when I might be able to expect them.

We’re currently still within that timeframe, and we’re checking with the supplier to confirm the exact dispatch date for you now. You’ll receive an update from us shortly by email.
For the future, we also offer Smart Refill, our subscription option that automatically schedules your next orders in advance. It allows us to reserve your lenses with the manufacturer ahead of time so they’re ready to ship when you need them, helping avoid waits like this and keeping your supply seamless.
