Very straightforward and efficient

I have been ordering the Caverject from you for a long time andfor the past year or two you have said it is not available from your suppliers. I now find out that 'Viridial Duo ' is exactly the same product and you are able to supply this. It seems no human looked at my order and suggested 'Viridial Duo' as an alternative. You seem to be relying on your computer to send out automatic replies rather than using the dis retion of a human operator.
My latest order (for Viridial Duo) has at last been met.

Seemed to take too long to delivery.

I went in to seek medical advice about 3 insect bites that had started to become infected. I spoke to a pharmacist with a Scottish accent who was incredibly rude. My concerns were dismissed even though I mentioned that on my medical records I struggle with my immunity and always require antibiotics as the bites become severe. She didn't even check my records, said did I not have a picture of the bites so how did I know they had got bigger, at this point they were fist size, swollen and red. I tried on several times to explain the severity of the issue to be told have an histamine. The manner I was spoken to was disgusting and I will never return to this pharmacy again. I did get antibiotics from a decent pharmacy who could see how severe the bites had become!! Shocking attitude and service
