I’ve worked with the team at Webgains over the past few months and they've been fantastic. It’s wonderful working with such a talented, professional and creative bunch of people who really care about the work they do.

I have been with webgains for 8 months and the following points I must raise.
- Dashboard email system does not work properly and is riddled with bugs. ( templates lost mostly) this is the only way to contact our affiliates. Without the proper email system better forget generating sales.
- Emails sent has 10% bounced rate which means their vetting system of new affliate applications is useless.

Horrible experience.

I have spent almost one year trying to contact them to find out why they won't pay the amount owing. I had no response at all to any of my support requests. As a last resort I wrote to them on Facebook and got a response. They gave me some more emails which I wrote to and finally someone responded.

I have requested why they are were not recieving my emails and they have refused to investigate.

Now after another month of back and forth (and they still don't receive all my email responses) I apparently need to approve a billing agreement, to get paid. Their systems are broken, so clicking that I agree does not work. They have a new system and their instructions take me to a blank tab, so I can't do it there either.

I have said in an email that "I agree to the terms", but they still won't accept that and won't pay me.

So be aware that their support is a broken system as my messages dont get through a lot of the time. Their IT systems are extremely broken. Their broken system do not allow you to agree to their terms. There is no other way to agree to their terms, and as a result, publishers will not get paid - that is my experience after trying constantly for an entire year.

Our links were changed to point to google docs. We sent a lot of traffic to this advertiser and all our commissions seem canceled. Avoid

Webgains is totally a scam. We joined Webgains as advertiser. We nearly have no orders from Webgains each month, even we give high comission. While we have a lot of orders from another affiliate platform. When we emailed them to cancel the cooperation in the 5th month, they required us to have 12 months cooperation, which is a waste of money. We need to pay $295 per month. It is a waste of money. Totally scam. Waste money.

We're been with Webgains for a while now and they're definitely the best affiliate network we've worked with. Super friendly, helpful, very responsive and we've seen some excellent results with them! Would highly recommend.
