The personal touch Webgains have makes me feel like I have been working with them for years. Everytime I have been to an event or met the team in the office. Avoid wasting your money with this company. Their promises and actual performance are worlds apart. We collaborated with their affiliates to generate leads, but the results were abysmal – 100% of the leads provided were incorrect numbers, the wrong individuals, or people who never made an inquiry. It’s hard to imagine a more unqualified set of leads.

The customer service process is unnecessarily complicated, and they expect you to navigate the cancellation process on your own. We terminated the campaign within just a few weeks after discovering the poor quality of the leads, yet we were still obligated to pay for a 3-month contract as well as the affiliate costs for leads that were clearly unfit for purpose. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. utter waste of time and money

Terrible company. Had nothing but issues with them and the tracking cookies to verify sales were a joke. We cross referenced tens and tens and tens of sales that were not attributed to them but to another company we were using. Tried to rip us off for so long and eventually we cut ties with them. Avoid at all costs and its clear from all the other feedback, a lot of other customers have had the same experince.

I have been using Webgains for affiliate marketing as a reseller of airline tickets since 2014.

Over many years, we have achieved excellent results and fantastic growth, and their dedicated customer management team has always provided the best support.

Webgains is excellent at understanding their customers and their needs, and I look forward to many more exciting years ahead as customer on their platform.

Be very aware as typically you’ll be signed up for a minimum period of 6 months during which time they can potentially develop no business for you but you’ll continue to pay every month.
I think they pulled in around £20 of business to our web site so total a total waste of time, money & effort.

Avoid avoid avoid these! i wish we knew how these worked before we decided to sign up to take leads. We received leads they were fake people saying they had not applied. We complained and told them to stop the campaigns and they didnt. We didnt pay for obvious reasons and explained why. We have just had notification that without us knowing they have taken us to court. We now have a CCJ against the business, we werent able to fight it as we had no notification of this until an enforcement officer walked in to the building today. Not sure how that is even possible

I had been encountering an Authenticator issue for some time, which had become quite frustrating. However, my experience took a delightful turn when the dedicated team at Webgains proactively reached out to address my concerns. De samenwerking is erg fijn! Ze zijn snel in het schakelen en denken continu mee. De communicatie is altijd duidelijk en open, waardoor het samenwerken soepel verloopt. Bovendien hebben we afgelopen jaar verbeteringen gezien in de publisher omgeving.

This is not the job for you if you did not already have money saved up in a bank account you will get stuck there and they will not return any money that you have put into it until you finish what they want I believe this is a pyramid scheme

Al geruime tijd een fijn partnerschap met Joep en Demi.

Klein puntje van kritiek: het dashboard voor adverteerders is nogal "gedateerd", niet gebruiksvriendelijk en werkt niet optimaal. Het lukt ons niet zelf batchverwerkingen door te voeren. Gelukkig lossen Demi en Joep dit netjes op, maar het is niet zoals het behoort. Ruimte voor verbetering dus :-)

They have their sign-in page with QR code that when i scan it It does not get me any code.
I am trying to get into my account long time ago, and they dont reply on their support email address ever.
So i am telling you here please let me in my own account, you dont reply to your emails your QR code does not work,

Support team were extremely fast and efficient in response to my query.
