I have worked with the team at webgains for 2 years now and they have really helped us grow our brand and business in over 5 markets now. We have worked with other networks in the past and not had a great experience. The client support team are super responsive as are the publisher team, its the only network we use and we have grown our affiliate sales by over 700% YOY between 2022-2023. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible company to deal with. I work with many affiliate companies, and the lack of professionalism from webgains is astonishing.

I switched from other platform to Webgains - immediately saw an improvement in traffics and sales.
The client support team is very helpful and always very responsive. They invited me for a call with their growth specialist Tineal. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and I can se she genuinely cares about my business - I have learnt a lot during the 30 mins call. I am very happy with their service :)

Stared off good. Pretty accommodating. However, through an unidentified mechanism our website became disconnected from WebGains for around 2 months. We reconnected our side when we discovered the issue. They then immediately tried to charge us a ludicrous sum for 'lost commission' earned over the 2 months despite webgains sales making up a fraction of our total sales and the requested sum being more than 9 months of previous commission earnings. When we tried to negotiate and pointed out this was a bit unreasonable they referred us to the 'fine print' as all these types of businesses do and tried to sue us.

They failed obviously but the fact that this escalated so far tells your everything you need to know.

100% avoid. Get. In. The. Bin. Webgains? More like Webloss. As in get lost you bunch of hacks.

Me enviaron la factura hace más de 10 días, me descontaron el monto de mi saldo, pero nunca me pagaron.
Me ha costado un mundo comunicarme con el soporte, ya que ignoran la mayoría de mis mensajes.
NO la recomiendo.

I’ve worked with the Webgains team for over a year now and the publisher team is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

As a tech partner it is imperative that we have a high level of exposure to gain traction within a network. Our incredible publisher manager (Byrony) has made this process simple and effective at every step of the way, all whilst being an absolute joy to speak to!

As someone heavily involved in the affiliate circle, I can’t speak highly enough of Webgains and would recommend to everyone.

Awful customer support team for UK accounts, incredibly unhelpful and the platform capacities are so limited the programmes are basically impossible to manage and optimise. It's a shame because the other international teams are great for the other markets but the UK team is terrible.

Signed up around a month ago. Couldn't get started due to problem with verification. Sent half-a-dozen emails to several different addresses and no reply. The phone number on the website never is just a voicemail! What sort of operation is this? And the recent barrage of reviews from people who've only ever written one review are clearly all fake! AVOID!

We have recently started working with Webgains a lot closer and it's been such a great open communication so far. Webgains has been super proactive in relationship building and putting us in contact with their portfolio of brands and account managers and we have seen great results so far.

I have been working with the team at Webgains on a personal level now for a number of weeks and Hannah and her team have been efficient, warm, welcoming, problem solving and a pleasure to team up with. Some fantastic mutually beneficial partnerships reached already and hopefully longer term relationships with all the WG team. Could not Recommend Webgains enough. As a publisher we able to tap into their network and work along some very big brands.

We've been working with Webgains for a few months now and they have been brilliant at onboarding and growing our account. It's been a great team to work with and the service has been excellent.

Webgains are so friendly, but also proactive. They really went to help businesses to grow, and are happy to share knowledge and recommendations to help businesses develop.
I would recommend Webgains to any company wanting to grow their business digitally!

Disappointed so far, the platform is hard to set up, lacking info and UX for newbies to the platform, should be more intuitive! You can tell very little thought has gone into this process... Also missing a live chat for more agile response and Customer support. Been waiting all evening with no response from customer service. Must admit the first impression is a negative one!

We've had a load of commissions cancelled despite discussions with the client.

We immediately stopped promoting the client when asked, and their account manager had cancelled many of our commissions.

Reason: Unaccepted marketing method

The account manager had only recently updated their "approved methods" and claimed that our commissions were unapproved and against their terms.
Despite that we've openly discussed this with the actual client, and that the account manager have only recently updated this "approved method list", but have cancelled much further back with no notice of change.

We do not blame the client, but Webgains who have wrongly cancelled commissions. As publishers, it is not our job to make sure that the account managers are in every discussion we have with clients.
Nor should we be the ones paying for the negligence caused by the account managers.

Affiliate Window would have admitted faults and compensate out of their own pocket.

I would think twice before working with Webgains or recommending this platform to partners.

Contacted their support team; Luke has been extremely helpful and understanding to get this sorted (and updated me on the progress). Client understood the situation and agreed to pay out.

We have experience with a lot of affiliate networks and Webgains is professionalism at the highest level. The new interface is great. Many great and big publishers and very prompt customer support.
