I would like to give some very positive feedback for Laura Brown, Complex Queries Team Leader.

I had been dealing with extremely high water bills for some time and, despite numerous emails and conversations with Wave, I felt I was getting nowhere.

Once Laura became involved, she immediately took ownership of the issue, contacted Anglian Water, continually chased them for updates and kept me informed throughout. She eventually arranged for Anglian Water to meet me at the property, which resulted in the issue finally being resolved.

I genuinely do not believe this would have been resolved without Laura’s persistence and support. She stayed on top of the matter from start to finish and provided excellent customer service.

Please pass on my sincere thanks to Laura. She is a real credit to Wave.

Angela was really calm and friendly helping with our difficult situation with a meter and the associated readings - she explained how the bill had been processed and called us back with further information quickly. She needed to escalate a couple of issues which we have confidence she will have done.

A good and fair result and team I dealt with were generally good, especially Simon Richardson but basically, it took a ridiculous amount of time to get this sorted.

Some years ago, whilst serving my local church as a churchwarden I set up an account with Wave and everything has always run smoothly. When I stopped being Churchwarden all communications still came to me. I contacted Wave with a view to changing the contact details to someone still closely involved in the management of the account. To be honest I expected lots of hoops to be jumped through and based on experience with other utilities, the possibility that it just couldn't be done. What a great experience, the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction in a couple of days and with a full explanation of all the processes now in place.

Still ongoing here my updates will follow in due course , looking through other reviews ' it's not just me then ? ' clearly

Spoke to Mitesh 15th, excellent service from him sorted the issue and had a wonderful personality which came through , a great experience.
NB:- Updating my review ! so , after all that Mitesh DID'NT do anything !!! so , I rang and spoke to Shannan - 21 st - I got her to confirm in an E mail that she HAS done it - will await and see,same old it seem's.

The girl i dealt with was very thorough in dealing with my issue, and was well informed about how to remedy my issues!

Mike was extremely helpful sorting out a slightly complex business move. Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. He is a great asset to WAVE

The lady called Sandra was very helpful. Very patient and nothing was to much trouble to sort out my issue. A credit to the company. Customer service like that is few and far between these days. very refreshing.

I had an online chat with Ros at Wave to solve a query regarding meter readings and bills. They were extremely helpful, and solved my query quickly. I would recommend Wave!
