Die Qualität der sneaker ist sehr gut Größenangaben fraglich
Die Qualität der sneaker ist sehr gut, jedoch hatte ich jetzt den Fall, dass die Größen 26, 27 und 28 von der Sohlenlänge exakt gleich lang waren, wodurch ich eine Rücksendung tätigen musste, weil die bestellte Größe 28 nicht größer war als eben die 26 und 27, die ich bereits zuhause hatte (es war auch exakt das gleiche Modell).

Gut aber…
Die Schuhe habe ich sehr schnell erhalten. Leider waren sie zu groß und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Das Paket habe ich am nächsten Tag abgeschickt und nach vier Tagen wurde die Rücksendung vom Absender erhalten. Es sind mittlerweile fast zwei Wochen vergangen, in denen sich niemand bei mir gemeldet hat, und im Portal sind zum Rückversand (bzw. vielmehr fehlen sie) falsche Angaben gemacht worden. Ich habe ein neues Paar bestellt und die Lieferung kam erneut in kurzer Zeit an. Man kann sagen, dass die Bestellung schnell bearbeitet wird, aber bei Rücksendungen gibt es Probleme und keinerlei Informationen seitens des Verkäufers.

Problemlose Lieferung
Problemlose Lieferung, was ich v.a. toll finde ist, dass man von vorneherein einen Paketshop als Lieferadresse angibt, da sehe ich einen Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt, denn es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Wege falls man nicht zu Hause ist und das Paket nachträglich doch noch an einen Paketshop geliefert wird.

Ich habe extra die Schweizer Seite des Veja-Stores verwendet und dort einen Schuh bestellt.
Der Schuh wurde auch schnell geliefert. Leider wurde der aber offenbar von Frankreich aus geliefert und deshalb sind mehr als 20% des Kaufpreises an Zollgebühren aufgelaufen.
Während dem BestellProzess wurde nirgends darauf hingewiesen.
Da wird dem Kunden nicht die volle Transparenz gewährt.
Und wenn das in den AGB‘s oder sonst irgendwo versteckt stehen sollte, ist das trotzdem nicht kundenfreundlich!

keine Rückerstattung nach korrekter Rücksendung erhalten
Ich habe ein paar Sneakers bei VEJA direkt bestellt, weil ich das Modell CONDOR 2 wirklich sehr mag. Leider wusste ich von meinem letzten Paar nicht mehr die Größe und habe meine Schuhgröße bestellt die leider viel zu klein war. Ich habe sie daraufhin ungetragen und originalverpackt zurückgesendet. Nun nach 5 Wochen warte ich noch immer auf eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Auf der Homepage ist es schwierig zu navigieren und lt. Kundenkonto scheint keine Bestellung mehr auf meinem Konto auf.
Ein e-mail kam zurück, dass ich mich auf der Homepage einloggen soll .... ohne Erfolg. Bin enttäuscht von VEJA ...
