Absolute disgusting quality clothing at a premium price!

These clothes are the type that was manufactured in a back shed in a 3rd world country. I cannot believe the prices they charge for them, and the lengths they goto to refuse a return for you! Steer clear from them!

Dit bedrijf pretendeert een Nederlands bedrijf te zijn maar als je iets hebt besteld krijg je goedkope rotzooi uit China en als je het dan wil retourneren is dat niet mogelijk! Ik ben maanden bezig geweest om het toch te kunnen retourneren en gedreigd met juridische stappen maar er gebeurt niets om zoals zij het zeggen altijd de klant tevreden te houden! Niets kopen hier!

Politie doet niks, iDeal staat het toe. Je doet er niks aan. oplichters dat ze maar jong en pijnlijk mogen sterven

NIETS KOPEN HET ZIJN OPLICHTERS.

Outdoor jas besteld bij hun ik krijg een aliexpres jas met de merknaam ROODTOU.... torso is maat L mouwen maatje XS. HET ZOU EEN WATERDICHITE WINTER JAS MOETEN ZIJN. Ik krijg een dunne jas die je nog niet eens voor €5 2ehands zou kopen. De email bestaat niet en je kunt bellen wat je wil geen gehoor.

Gelukkig gaat visa hier werk van maken en krijg ik mijn geld terug. Ander was ik €50 kwijt geweest voor een prul. Het zijn oplichters dropshipping aub bestel hier niet.

Geen contact te krijgen via mail en telefoon is niet eens in gebruik.

Kijk uit bij dit “bedrijf” het heeft er alle schijn van dat dit oplichters zijn! Een bankrekening in Luxemburg, een telefoon nummer die alleen voice mail accepteert en een mail adres “support” die niet werkt, wij hebben een proef gedaan met een bestelling voor pantoffels en nooit ontvangen…kijk uit dus!

Waardeloos bedrijf! Je krijgt niet wat je besteld en als je iets wil retourneren krijg je te horen dat je dat dat veel geld kost en dat je het product beter kan houden. Eerst boden ze 10% terugbetaling. Uiteindelijk na herhaaldelijk e-mail contact (maanden) kreeg ik het aanbod van 50% terugbetaling. Daar maar mee akkoord gegaan. Geld nooit terug ontvangen. Ze reageren nu ook nergens meer op.
Het zijn gewoon ordinaire oplichters. Dus koop nooit wat bij dit “bedrijf”!

Bedrijf is onbereikbaar via telefoon en email. Evident onbetrouwbaar.

This company is a SCAM. They argue and argue about refunds. The website has a typical refund policy EXCEPT when you try to use it they insist you either send to CHINA at your own expense or they’ll only refund 20%. Their product name is Van Hallen Melbourne and the postage address on items received is Regents Park NSW but they will only accept goods for refund if you send to CHINA! Definitely do not go near them.

I order an item i could not track my parcel it was late arriving and it was not what I ordered compared to what the item was on the Web page fabric was not the same as the description can't return item as they will not answer any of my messages emails RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF A COMPANY YOU DO NOT GET THE ACTUAL ITEM THAT YOU WHERE LOOKING AT

De winterjas die we besteld hebben is nooit geleverd. De klantenservice is onbereikbaar en ik krijg geen reactie op vragen via het contact formulier of ingesproken voicemails. Deze firma met leuke website is onbetrouwbaar. Niet bij bestellen!

I have experienced the very same case as Chloe reviewed on Trustpilot, no update or correspondence for 3 weeks then after dispute with paypal, suddenly they are sending updates and China shorts finally arrived, substandard quality of course. Fancy name shonky business, hope you go down soon and stop ripping people off.

I ordered a coat costing $99. When it arrived I had received the incorrect colour, after assessing the quality I realised it was very thin and cheaply made, definitely not worth $100. It is a coat I could’ve got off of shien for a quarter of the price. When emailing customer support their replies were prompt and within 24 hours, we went back and forth with some solutions but was told that I would need to sent the item back and pay for shipping which could be expensive. After suggesting a few alternative options they gave me a full refund without having to return the item. Although I will not be wearing the coat I still do appreciate how they handled the situation. In the future I wouldn’t shop here but I see improvement with customer service based on previous reviews. Hopefully in the future they will reduce the cost of items or increase the quality because I genuinely do believe what they advertise is false since the coat looked nothing like the pictures and says it is made In china.

Ordered a cashmere cardigan and found the same photos on Temu for quarter of the price. Scam
Cardigan did eventually arrive from China not Melbourne as described on their website

I wish I had read the reviews on here before making a purchase. Echoing similar experiences as other buyers.

Scam company took my money 3 weeks ago haven’t sent anything and won’t respond to anything

A big mistake buying. A total scam. Product received completely different from product on website.
