Took a chance on these relaxed shorts and they fit well—as long as you use the centimeter measurements. The fabric is breathable and comfortable for summer.

I ordered a summer dress from their collection and was impressed by the fabric quality. It's lightweight and flows nicely without being see- through. The fit is flattering and comfortable for warm days. It's become a go-to piece for weekend outings and feels like it will last.

The outer packaging looked a bit dusty and scuffed, but the clothes inside were sealed well.

I believe the products are from shein or a similar source my package had no label of this brand and was shipped straight from China, they also randomly took money from me weeks later and still are yet to respond about a refund

Had to pay $20 to ship back to China for a protracted return process that has never eventuated. As they say the return item must be stuck in customs, until they receive it they will not refund as stated in return policy.its bee 5 minths.

Giving it a 1 because there is no option for 0. Absolutely awful quality product and forget a refund. They ask you to post the items to CHINA. Refund never materialises. They are not an Australian company as the name suggests. Steer clear

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Terrible Customer Service & Ignores Australian Consumer Law.

Ordered a biker jacket in October 2025. Wrong size arrived and the quality was poor, so I requested a refund in November - a basic consumer right under Australian law. Instead of honoring this, they:
- Forced me to pay for return shipping to CHINA (not Melbourne despite the name!)
- Made me wait over 2 months with my item stuck in Chinese customs
- REFUSED to process my refund, claiming they won't pay until customs clears - completely shifting their logistics risk onto me

Key Red Flags:
- Misleading "Melbourne" name when returns go to China
- Terrible return policy that violates ACL
- Zero accountability for their own logistics failures
- Poor quality products
- Months-long delays with zero resolution

I've escalated to ACCC and Fair Trading. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of legitimate retailers who actually follow Australian consumer laws and don't leave customers hanging for months over a simple return.

I believe they may have been shipped in from China, as the company kept refusing to tell me how to return the items for a refund. Then it hit 30 days, and apparently now I have gone over the time frame to get a refund so they won't refund me. Very disappointing

What I received was not the item advertised.

The product description clearly stated linen, however the shirt delivered is 100% cotton. The button colours do not match the product images, and the stitching detail is different from what is shown online. The sizing is also inaccurate — labelled XL but the sleeves are significantly too short and tight compared to a standard XL.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing unless you are prepared for discrepancies between what is advertised and what is delivered, and a difficult refund process if something goes wrong.
