Excellent Customer Service
We purchased a Ford Kuga ST Line X PHEV on the 31st January. The service was fantastic! We only came to have a look around and even though they were incredibly busy, they made us feel welcome and let us get a closer look at some cars. Amazingly after a while deciding and negotiating 😉 We drove away that day with the car. They even stayed open late to get the deal done. Thanks to the whole team in that day, special mention to Ammar for being patient with us and to Greg for even offering to buy in a pizza for our son. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Greg, look after that Cosworth if you buy it 😁😉

Don't pay the holding deposit
Avoid paying the holding deposit if you can . They say it's fully refundable. It took me a lot of hassle to get it back. First I was promised that it was going to be refunded. It didn't. I asked again over the phone. I was told it had been processed and should have arrived on my account in 2 days. It didn't. I emailed. No reply. I emailed again. No reply again. Left a negative review here. Called them liers and scammers. I got a response within hours. Jordan saved the day, but the 1 star rating remains. Being lied to by two separate person suggests this was not a one off situation.

3 months of HELL
Ongoing issues still not resolved after nearly 3 months. Same script response every time you call them.
Absolute joke of a garage that even has a review page on FB that’s not connected to them. Once they have your money, the customer service disappears with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sold a potential death-trap!
Bought a used car from v12's Stoke dealership.
Despite being assured of its quality and the supposedly rigorous testing it had undergone before sale, it has had a wealth of major problems, including PHEV battery and handling.
Took it to a garage to discover that the handling issues were due to the 2 main bolts that hold the suspension to underside of car had not been put in properly and were completely loose. The garage were shocked that this hadn't been picked up. They said multiple times that it was just a matter of time until one of the bolts came out while driving, potentially causing a fatal crash.
The other problems with the car make it virtually useless as a hybrid (which was its main selling point). All in all, I wish I had never bought the car.

Great pair of top lads, who made buying my new precious an enjoyable and fulfilling experience, from start to finish.
Had to phone a bit extra as Snow stopped me getting over on the correct date, but they did this without any pressure, and without asking for any further holding deposit.
Process of handover took quite a while.., but only because my mate and I spent ages chatting with them and the rest of the team.
Very satisfied with the whole set up.

Good experience overall
Good experience overall. Good part exchange allowance, car was pretty well presented for collection, though some dirty marks on the seats hadn't been cleaned off. Took a long time to complete the sale on collection day, and as it was an EV it would have been nice for the car to be fully charged for collection. Would buy from here again though.
