I was under pressure from a developer…
I was under pressure from a developer who decided to bring a retrofit in a number of flats forward by 2 weeks and forgot to tell me, giving me no time to plan and order material, dealing with underfloor heating direct and there ability to react to and short time delivery took a load of pressure off me ....Thanks

Pallet left behind for me to dispose of
Delivery on time but pallet left behind which I now have to dispose of either at my own cost or find a way to get it to the tip (it won't fit in my car) and spend some of what little free time I have at a refuse site getting rid of something I shouldn't have in the first place.

Brilliant and quick

I gave five stars as product's were good and easy to order and for a very reasonable £10 extra next day delivery was worth it so I could get the job done, unfortunately only half of the delivery came the next day and the insulation floor slabs didn’t come to midday the following day, so it did hold me up and there was no point in paying the extra for next day,
I would still order from this company again as the price is good and I would think it would be the delivery company at fault.

Paid for items to be delivered next day. Unfortunately it took over a week, however this was the fault of the courier (Fedex, who were shocking); great customer service from these and would use again as a result. Thanks to Julie who dealt with my case.
