I ordered a controller for a good price but when received realised it was a downgraded unit without the WiFi despite looking identical. I returned the product on 20/10/24 recorded delivery and it was delivered on 22/10/24. I had to chase them up for my refund on 01/11/24 by email and only got a response on 06/11/24 asking for proof of delivery which was provided the same day. No response so I chase up on 21/11/24 and then 02/12/24 and still no response. I call their customer service number 03/12/24 on an 0844 number and am on hold for 12 minutes before giving up and then I discover it is a ‘non-geographic’ premium rate number and the call to not speak to them cost £12!!
I call again via an alternative number (WeQ4U) and finally an agent answers (Rosette?) and acknowledges the poor service sorts out my refund received on 04/12/24, 6 weeks late! I’m now £12 out of pocket for making a call to chase up my refund that they were not responding to me on. Awful company - avoid them unless you want to risk your time and money with their dire response times and service.

Appalling returns service
Started off well, the delivery was fine. I had to return some of the order. This was sent on a 24hour delivery on 30/10/2024. I am still waiting to receive my refund - nearly 6 weeks!
I had also ordered some underfloor heating items from another company and returned to them on the same day with the same service. I received my refund from the rival company on the 2nd November (3 days!)
Underfloor heating direct will not be used by myself again as the service has been awful. I have chased and chased by email and telephone but I'm still no further forward and am still waiting to receive my refund.

They messed up order and I can't get hold of customer service
2 days ago received the wrong items. Next day I emailed customer service letting them know. No response. Today I tried ringing them - twice no answer. Then I get an automated email asking me to rate them, so here's my rating. What do you expect?

Fed ex have tried to deliver twice now one time I wasn’t in but the first time they never rang the bell.
There are no options as to leave it in a safe place.
