The underfloor heating controller…
The underfloor heating controller arrived on time but it was not suitable for my system. It was wired and it should have been battery powered.
On the advert I didn't see anything to indicate that it was wired and your rep told me that I couldn't use it. He offered me a suitable unit but said that I would have to pay for it and that I would get a refund when I returned the other. I asked for a prepaid returns label and was told that I would get one with the replacement unit.
This did not happen and I had to pay postage.
Now awaiting a refund.

Updated, following previous reviews: after 17 clear working days had elapsed since Underfloor Heating Direct received my returned item, the company finally contacted me by email on 20/12/2024, to advise that a refund would be issued. That was the first contact I received from this company despite me calling daily (nobody ever answered) and having multiple emails go unanswered. I eventually received this refund in my account on 23/12/2024. Like I said in my earlier review, this is terrible customer service.
