Dissapointed.

They used to be wonderful, but now I'm removing my 5-star review as their customer service basically disappeared and their user-friendliness is completely obliterated

Whilst the system is good we are at the…

Whilst the system is good we are at the moment experiencing our second round of declines on all of our cards, (plenty of credit on the account).This means we have 10 employees that are having to use their own payment methods over the weekend.

No customer service on the weekend!

no customer service

I reached out to the company twice to see if their credit card offering could be a good fit for my growing company. After an enormously frustrating chat with a poorly trained sales rep, I sent the company an email. I never received a response.

Not reliable

Unknown service disruptions every few months. You can't rely on this card if you need to make important charges.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with! Excellent from inbound team to client management. Very impressed how easy set up was with a specialist helping us every step of the way. Nice to have direct email contact. Of course the cashback is the real winner, seeing money back in our account compared to one of the big banks is a real win!

Melita is the BEST!

I am so grateful for this company Jeeves. They were able to get my business a line of credit. My rep Melita was very amazing and she provided excellent customer service. Very easy on-boarding

We have had great time working with our US Account Manager, he has been very proactive with resolving our issues, Kudos to that.

It seems like there are alot of internal procesess which Jeeves need to work on, the internal teams don't seem to be communicating with each other which sometimes makes it pretty frustrating.

Great company for foreigner business owners

So far, so good. I see a couple of people complaining about registration requirements. I have to say, I tried to apply once and they never reached back. Now they approved our company and everything is okay. They hold on to what they say in the Marketing and the dashboard is seamless. Easy to use.

All our global team have a Jeeves card for expenses and the Jeeves app tracks the expenses easily with receipt/invoice uploads per user.

Definitely the best corporate credit card I’ve come across.

Heads Up, This Does not sound like a legit business to me

I am just giving you a heads up for this new SYSTEM trying to collect data from companies with some promises of benefits and I strongly believe the purpose is just to collect data for whatever reason by setting up 30 minutes video call via your personal PC or Phone while same procedure has been done by much accredited institutions on a very simple level with not so much collecting of sensitive information.

Here is a fact: There are prominent credit card companies known & TRUSTED WORLDWIDE stablished for centuries providing same and better benefits on an uncomplicated process and they will never ask you any sensitive information nor will require a video calling and meeting for 30 minutes so they can run their software in background on your company PC or laptop.

Just take a minute and think and asses the entire process before letting someone in for NOTHING.
