These cowboys sent me a phishing email. Normally I dont respond to these, but it was followed up by a call. After sending all our company confidnetial information.. I get an email saying your application was unsuccessful and we can't tell you why. We are 20 year old company with great credit score. I wonder now what they plan to do...will have to report them to FCA aswell...

Who has always been at hand quickly and diligently with any queries that we've had since signing up. He goes above and beyond with assistance, and has provided a great customer experience.

Fantastic Platform!
We've been using Jeeves for around 10 months now and have no intentions of stopping anytime soon.
As a fast growing business we needed our credit to scale with us and Jeeves has done a great job facilitating this - we've requested 2 credit limit increases so far and both were assessed within a week of the request (all we had to do was upload bank statements). I've dealt with 4 different people at Jeeves, all from different departments and their customer service has been great across the board.
Not only does Jeeves make employee expense tracking a seamless experience, but they also provide us with various added benefits outside of their financial services. The ability to grant our employees access to lounges across the globe when travelling has made long flights and layovers more enjoyable. They also provide us with discounts for other software used in our business (AWS, Slack, Carta etc.) and their cashback program is better than most programs out there!
Needless to say Jeeves is by far the best corporate credit company out there in my books!

Great Customer Service
We have a dedicated customer service rep who is excellent. Such a nice change to be able to speak with someone directly who is familiar with your account. Uncomplicated and easy business model...appreciate the immediate cash back - definitely the best business c/c option I have experienced

Integrity, disingenous, inauthentic? this could be the card for you…
Tempted in with an ongoing 1% cashback and 3% cashback on Google and Facebook advertising spending. They have then stopped this after 3 months, when I have enquired Jeeves have advised that I should have received the comms and cashback now only applies when you spend more than £8K per month.
Oh how funny I thought, I asked for an increased credit limit and Jeeves wouldn't allow it....
And the Direct Debit, I have asked about this 3 times over a period of 5 months and always been told that they are setting it up, my conclusion is that they are never setting it up as they want to reap the harvest of customers who forget to pay on time. I'll be closing my account down over the coming weeks.

I hope they keep this quality of service long run as they grow

This card has gone to crap
- decreased cashback fees
- reduced limit to pay back (now gotta pay 3rd of the month)
- removed free fx conversion fee. And the fees are super suspicious. 0 transparency on how we get charged conversion fees
- increased red tape
I give this company a few months before it goes bust

It's been a few weeks since our Jeeves account has been active and, so far, I have only very positive things to say! My frustration with the big banks was how slow it takes to get anything done (new cards, customer service phone hold times, etc). Our account manager Melita is shockingly quick to respond to our emails (like, within minutes), cards are created instantly (!) and bill payments credit to our account within a day or two (our non-Jeeves cards generally take around 5 days). I also love how easy it's been to manage employee spending. Very user-friendly interface. What's not to love? I haven't found anything. Thanks Melita and Jeeves.

Positive Platform, but Requires Improvements
We have been using Jeeves for the last few months. We transitioned from using AMEX to Jeeves for certain Corporate spend. While the platform is very easy to navigate and use, there have been some operational issues that need to be improved. 1.) Payments, regardless of a wire or ACH are applied within 72 hours, with no wiggle room to apply faster if funds are wired. 2.) Cards will randomly decline and would have to be charged multiple times in order for one charge to go through. This doesn't happen often but does happen from time to time. 3.) Customer Service, although helpful when you are able to connect, usually takes too long to reply. Also, the only way to connect with customer service is through an online chat - there is no phone number to call. This makes it frustrating when dealing with an urgent issue. Overall the experience on Jeeves has been positive, but there are a few things that can be improved to help aid the customer experience.

Poor customer service, slow repayments, lost our money, AVOID!
The most inept and incompetent service we have ever used. We signed up to the UK service due to the promise of 3% cashback, however within the space of a few days, the goalposts were moved in order to get the cashback. First you had to spend £4k, then they said it had to be £8k, a month, a big difference!
Nevertheless we stayed with them for the cashback as it is a better offering than anyone else, however the customer service and experience using them has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They have managed in the space of 2 months to randomly block all cards and account access, meaning we were without any means to pay for goods and services, without any called reason or explanation.
They have given us a pathetic low credit limit which we hit several times a month ,and it can take days to repay into the account. The most recent issue being the full amount we repaid into the acocunt has not shown up, and now £1102 lost somewhere in thier company!
Their customer service is absolutely useless, taking days to respond, and never with a proper solution. There is no phone number to speak to an actual human, and everything is done by raising tickets. Such a poor experience, I question whether the 3% cashback is worth the stress and inconvenience of it all, i would defiantly avoid them!
UPDATE 28/11/22 - As assumed, of course they did not fulfill their obligations for the cashback! The whole team is full of incompetent staff, who say one thing and do another. Will bl closing the account and an established bank going forwards to save ourselves the stress!

DO NOT put your faith in this.
We signed up and their service was great at first. Good technology and ease of use. We even got rid of our banking credit cards (a dumb move looking back).
HOWEVER, In the last three months though, something changed. THEY STOPPED TAKING OUR MONEY LOL. I'm serious... We're scrambling. It's been over two months that they have not applied funds.
I think we met the first credit card company ever that doesn't care about pulling their funds from our account... We are legitimately spending most of our day replacing their credit cards with our personal cards on all accounts and trying to find an alternative.
Customer service is not helpful at all, just ghosting, dodging, and deflecting.
Maybe use this as a secondary option if you must, but don't put all your eggs in this basket. You will be very sorry.

Can't Pay Them, What is the point...
Have been with Jeeves for over 2.5 months now. Very disappointed in their payment system. I literarily can't pay the people. I send them $5K, ten days go by nothing happens. I hit my limit of $30K in two weeks and they decline any other transaction so I have to flip flop between other cards because I can't pay down my balance. The only way to pay it down is to wait until the end of the month, then they automatically debit my account, which takes like a week to go through, and any automatic payment that I submit myself through ACH/Wire, who knows when that gets applied.
Customer service sucks, they only have chat and it is not live, you wait like 30 minutes, an hour, sometimes a day for someone to respond.
If they would fix their payment system, this would probably work as they improve with time. Because there is really nothing special about this card other than the 3% reward for ad spending, everything else is super standard.
AT THIS TIME, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS TO WORK WITH JEEVES, AT LEAST NOT YET.
