Do not use this service

Would give Jeeves 0 stars if it was allowed. Reduced our limit with no warning even though we pay our bill in full every month and spent to the limit on many occasions. Worst customer service ever with sarcastic passive aggressive comments - is the CS's team's goal to lose customers? That's how it feels. Just received notice that they are changing to Mastercard in two weeks and we have a few days to complete forms for all users as well update all our subscriptions etc - what a total joke of a company

We signed up for Jeeves in 2022

We signed up for Jeeves in 2022. Nearly a year ago, NONE of the cashback promises were delivered on. Support was useless, it seemed like one person was working in the entire company's support team. We reached out to our account rep and were constantly assured "they were looking into it". Out of 20+ issues and tickets, we were lucky to get a couple of replies and then radio silence...

The signup bonuses and cashback offers are all a marketing tactic to generate more users/signups and make the numbers look good to investors. Follow-through on any of these promises have yet to happen.

Their autopay feature doesn't work longer than a month or two, it keeps requiring you to reconnect your bank account. Payments made to your Jeeves card take 2-3 weeks to process, even though they say "a few business days". Not sure how a business is supposed to run when they approve you for less than 10% of your current monthly spend on other company credit cards. When you're in advertising and running adspend through your company cc, you need payments to be applied ASAP.

All in all, Jeeves is a great solution if you like empty promises, chasing carrots on sticks, and an imaginary support team. Highly recommend Jeeves if you're an ad agency that wants to go out of business and have to deal with a terrible product & support system.

PS: don't fall for the paid positive reviews 🤡🤡🤡

Be careful about the cost of supplies

We utilized Jeeves Handyman last monthago and while we were satisfied pleased with the work done and their timely response to our request, we have some issues with their billing practices. We had water leak through an upstairs window which required replacement of some wood trim. The technicians went the Home Depot to get supplies came back to finish the job. The invoice for the work included $130 for "supplies" including wood, paint, nails and caulk. The technicians never asked if we had paint before they left for Home Depot. Because it was raining and we were rushed we didn't raise any issue. When they came back the next morning, they used our paint which we’d left on the front porch.

We subsequently called Jeeves to complain that $130 seemed excessive for what was involved and particularly when they used our paint. In the end they agreed to reduce the bill by $45 to reflect the paint which was returned. Jeeves claimed that the technicians no longer had the receipts for the other supplies purchased. We chose to accept their offer since it wasn't worth the fight ($90 for wood caulk and nails still seems pretty high) but if this is Jeeves SOP, then their business model leaves something seriously to be desired. Apparently the technicians pay for the supplies out of their own pocket and, presumably, are reimbursed by Jeeves. Does Jeeves actually reimburse the techs for supplies they bought without receipts???? In hindsight, we should have held out and not paid them for any supplies unless receipts were provided. The $45 credit for the paint is itself curious. The area needing paint wouldn’t even require a quart of paint. What did they spend $45 on?

Lastly, Jeeves operates based on a two hour minimum. This job took less than that but the technicians left without asking if there was other work we needed done.

To sum up, I might consider using them again but I will be much more careful about having a clear understanding upfront about how the cost of materials will be addressed.

Utterly terrible service and support.

Significantly gone downhill recently. Been with them since August 22 and just gone to junk over past few months.

Deactivated all the virtual cards giving us significant work to create them and then each supplier in turn. (error at their end for all customers I believe).

Xero integration hadn't worked for several months. (I raised it with them, and they responded by reducing credit limit several days later)

Changed the date they wish the full payment from 8th of the following month to 3rd. So in fact significantly fewer credit days than before.

Poorer email support. Just feeling that they don't care and don't address the actual issues and questions.

With no notice at all, they decreased my limit from 10k to 2k.

Had used the service less because of some of the above and had in fact, told them by email. Feels like a punishment to have it withdrawn with no email, no notice. Just a banner as I log in.

What sort of company treats people like that? Smakcs of a business that's not been invested in and is in distress. Also, knowing I had advised them I use it less because of these issues, they then reduced the limit.

All that will happen is you'll push people to Debite and others.

Worst Business Experience Ever! They don't care about your business. Period.

Our company has been working with Jeeves for several months but not anymore. In the beginning, it was good but as time passed, everything started to get more and complicated. They just sent an email notifying us that our company credit line was decreased to 0, "with NO prior notification" they stopped all our credit card payments (none of them working), this is outrageous how they treated our business after several months of doing business with them. I don't recommend Jeeves at all, unless you want to depend on a company that doesn't care about its clients. This is just one thing of several other bad experiences we had with them (payments posting after over 10 days, transactions declined, bad support, asking for lots of info to fix nothing...)

Started well, but went downhill.
The cashback was great, but performance was subpar (card not working, login issues, statements missing, etc).
But now they added a ton of fees like cross border fee which makes no point in using the service. Conversion rates are also suspicious, we never get the real forex rate, there are some fees already baked in.
Overall we are losing money now with Jeeves.
Avoid.

I must express my dissatisfaction with…

I must express my dissatisfaction with Jeeves, as I have a lot to complain about. This company is supposed to support us by issuing a company credit card with a nominal limit for starters. However, they have failed to debit our account with the funds we pay each period. Instead, on two occasions now, we had to contact our bankers and issue them with Faster Payment Reference numbers that took over three days to acknowledge. It's quite shocking that such an institution does not have any process in place to manage payments effectively. As of today - 28th April - we are still waiting for payment made on the 4th of April to be credited into our account; this delay is unacceptable! We will be making a formal complaint against Jeeves' poor service and practices to the Financial Omdbudsman as it falls below expectations from their clients.

Unethical service

It's ridiculous that after telling me on the 1st of April that my documents will be verified in 3 business days, you guys have not even bothered to revert back to me after 13 days!!

I have provided every document and piece of information that you asked for, in spite of sharing everything multiple times as you you claimed that the pictures were not clear or did not fulfill the criteria, I still have not received any appropriate action on this. After reading the online reviews on Jeeves it's clear that this company is a total scam. You guys have just wasted my time and taken my money and have not provided me any resolution. When I called last week on Friday 5 business days after sending the final documents which were acknowledged by your team, someone from your team told me that my documents aren't verified. Which documents aren't being verified? At least bother to communicate. It is unacceptable that after paying for complete mobile protection, you have made the entire procedure so unfriendly to customers that I will never be purchasing the complete mobile protection ever again. Will also make sure to socially defame your brand for its inconvenience to all my friends and family. Extremely disappointed with your fraudulent services. Shame on you!

If I do not get the appropriate resolution by tomorrow evening which will be 10 business working days from the time the documents were submitted and acknowledged, I will be reporting this to consumer court and claim my money back for the complete mobile protection that I paid for.

Please do not associate yourself with such an unethical and unprofitable insurance company who is not even bothered to respond or keep the customers updated. Have just been waiting patiently for a resolution in spite of providing every document that was requested over and over. This is just the limit!

HOT GARBAGE

- Denied me multiple times for a credit limit because you're too stupid to look at a bank account
- Removed all the benefits of Advertising spend after I signed up
- Auto-pay automatically goes up
- Deleting virtual cards randomly due to your own error and forcing me to pay fees when my card dissapears
- Snarky customer service (Adam, looking at you)
- Stupid red tape issues about delinquency, I paid the card off. Are you kidding me?
- Changing due dates of the card
- No integration with quickbooks for a long time
- Issues getting the card to work for non yahoo or gmail emails
- 2 step authentication issues

From Best to Worse (JUNK) Fintech

I was one of the first users in the UK and I did promote this to all my friends however from the Top customer service to cashback, this company now becomes complete junk! First, there is absolutely nothing working with this company, you pay and then you need to chase your own payment to be applied, then they withhold your cash because you did not pay on time!! All cashback calculations are wholly illogical and we have been told that we will be on uncapped but this month we have been told that we are also affected by the new program, what kind of rubbish is going on here? I don't have time to deal with kind of issues on monthly basis.

The credit period is less than 30 days now as we just received a notification that they now need payment on the 3rd! From such a promising startup to becoming a fintech JUNK!
My advice is to stay away unless your monthly spend is less than 50k

Avoid this company - Seems like great rewards but unfortunately they do not pay them.

Avoid this company at all costs, we use various cashback cards such as Capital on Tap, bank credit cards, etc and Jeeves sent us an email with an amazing 3% cashback reward for 1st three month spend. We signed up and spent £3.7million on card in first three months. You get cashback applied at end of second month, first payment they paid us 1% instead of 3%, we had to chase the difference and they appoligised and corrected the cashback to us, albeit late and us having to point this out and chase. The second month we got paid correctly, so we thought it was resolved. The third month, they have paid us 1% again and i am chasing the difference and just being put off. Apparently our query now gone to CEO and Chief Legal Officer? What sort of rubbish is that? We have a contract and they are simply not adhering to paying what was agreed. I would avoid, it seems a great cashback reward, but when they do not pay you, it is just false advertising... I will update post when i get a response, but been chasing now for over 2 weeks and this spend relates to Jan spend. We are now 6 weeks after month of spend, and still do not have the cashback agreed as per contract. I hope this provides insight into how this company operates.

One Year of Success and Satisfaction with Jeeves

Our initial review was 5-stars. Jeeves was amazing to begin with.

In April 2023 we had $4,000+ in fraudulent charges made on one of our cards. We reported it immediately. We asked if we should contact the police to file a report (so that we could use our corporate insurance to recover the loss). Jeeves told us "no", their fraud investigation team would handle it.

After no contact from Jeeves for 16 days we followed up. After 25 days we learned that it Jeeves policy that is OUR responsibility to contact the vendor involved in the fraudulent transactions. Now we're 25 days behind and Jeeves is auto-debiting us for the cost of the fraudulent transactions. We have no recourse with the vendor involved because their policy requires us to provide them with information we don't have because we aren't a customer of theirs.

Lesson learned.

We have been Jeeves customers for one year.

The onboarding process was swift, and the ability to issue (and otherwise control) virtual credit cards is a huge timesaver for our organization. No more cases of employees incurring expenses, filling out a reimbursement form, submitting it for approval, then getting a cheque. Jeeves makes it easy by eliminating the need for employees to incur personal expenses for reimbursement.

It's also nice to be able to set up virtual cards that reflect our chart of accounts. For example: all cards labeled "Software Subscriptions" are easily reconciled because any spend on those cards is coded to our Software Subscriptions GL.

Jeeves support is excellent. From our account rep through to online support, they've always been highly available and supportive.

I recommend Jeeves as a solution for any organization considering virtual credit cards.
