Their costumer service is very fast
We were able to get phisical cards to all the team members without shipping cost.
You can also get credit limits on each cards, turn them on or off easilly and the receipt reconcillation is fantastic.
Customer service answers instantly and accompanies you through the whole process.

Great Onboarding Experience
The process of getting onboarded and starting processing transactions was super efficient, fast and quick. Run away from this company as fast as you can
I wanted to transfer money from my USD account to EU account. The payment ist pending since 2 weeks and my money nowhere to be found.
This is not a serious company. Stay away from JEEVES. It is at a point where I call it theft.
No sense of wasting time
No sense of wasting time. Opened the account, funded it, then Jeeves asked to provide additional documents after then the account was closed with money stuck on it - cannot withdraw the funds via personal area.
It looked good in 2022. In 2023 pretty useless
It looked like a good offering in 2022, but in 2023 they've basically cut down everything that's good about it. Cashback was withdrawn or ringfenced to a level that was not accessible for us. And then they cancelled the credit card altogether, saying they're switching to pre-paid and focusing on international transfers - not sure how that's supposed to be a revolutionary move forward when things like Revolut and Transferwise have been around for ages. Cancelling our account and making them stop send us spam took a few emails to customer service over a couple of months, so that's not great either. I read their main focus is on South America, so it's possible they're brining something to the table there. In the UK, not so much.

Terrible support and they cancelled our primary card without notice while still keeping our other virtual cards open. Bizarre and have stopped using them.
No notice just revoked benefits
It was good for a few months and then without warning they just revoked the card saying they no longer service small businesses and can only do prepaid credit card. This made a lot of payments go awry ...totally unpardonable.
I would stay away from such a company who does not even warn you or give a notice.

DO NOT USE THIS CARD - ever since their 'transition' we have been dealing with cards not working, payments going missing and/or mis-applied, arbitrary changes to credit limits among other issues. The customer service is horrible and non-responsive in addressing issues and errors

What a Jeeves mess
The founder of Jeeves wants to provide an alternative to a full banking service. Please don't. It's really important you try and actually provide the service you currently promise in the first place.
When i first joined Jeeves - things were great for a short period. (8 days). And the staff are great. The system is poor, and their understanding of banking even poorer. It doesn't make them bad people. It just makes it near impossible for them to do their job or to provide the service they promise.
Within the first 2 months - the cards failed to work 4 times. Each time there was an issue at Jeeves -and it was resolved within 24 hours. Staff were apologetic - but the system was unreliable - and you needed a backup provider - as you still do.
By month 3 - things became dire - by that i mean their way of business is so poor - how they operate isn't within the confines of the law - so much so that the Financial Ombudsman Service cannot accept complaints regarding them. They are registered with the FCA - but aren't governed by the same rules.
Initially what would happen is - I would pay them back (as is required) but they would not be able to locate the funds - this started happening frequently (100 GBP, 1000GBP 3 times, 3000 gbp, 500 gbp, to the tune of thousands and thousands of pounds.
Each time, they would confirm the bank details, and then suggest for each payment (in total over 40) i would need to go t the bank and retrieve confirmation of payment a s a document. Which i did. Each time. You can imagine how time consuming this was every other day, every other week. They would credit the account about 5 weeks late, sometimes not at all. Then they would claim that I am not paying on time.
Eventually this meant that even though i had paid back the card account entirely - i had no credit available. They refused to provide more credit - and suggested i pay all the amounts again (so more than double - and then once they (find the funds) my account would be in credit - Why would i pay double?
I reached out to the person that signed me up - and he extended the limit to cater for Jeeves mistake.
But the mistakes continue, even after they claim to have applied credits - i corrected them (over 136 emails to their finance department and customer support) - and they still applied the payments wrong and there were balance discrepencies.
A little over a year ago, they then warned me that in a week my account balance would hit 0 as i don't pay off the balance in full on time every month. Of course by now it's clear that's not the case - I have paid it several times - but the payment's aren't credited. I expereinced cash flow problems as a result - i make payments - Jeeves lose them - there were issues with other accounts due to a political situation brewing in the world too. Jeeves chose this time to reduce my limit to 0 and asked me to come up with a payment plan. In the first month, i paid sever hundred GBP back again - some of which were lost. 11 months on -or longer, things have got worse.
For 11 months, i have been chasing payment that i have made - provided proof from the sending bank - and they still haven't applied them. Furthermore, Jeeves added 6k GBP to the balance - and they claim they did send out communication about this, They did, But when i replied and contacted their finance team - another 82 times since January 2023 - and asked them about missing payments - all the way through form December 2022 until June 2023 - they haven't responded.
Yet Jeeves contact me and ask me to "resume" payments?
They can't reply about missing payments - thousands of pounds - which should have been credited / removed form the account - but they can contact me for more money?
There is no one to complain to - even the account manager who contacted me asking to resume payments - their last contact to me prior suggested they were still looking to find the missing payments. I can see other people are experiencing the same, but as you can't complain to the FOS - and as Jeeves clearly have no control over their accounts - i sought legal advice.
Who pays for my legal fees as a result - and the hundreds of hours I've spent so far trying to resolve Jeeves mistakes. The amount Jeeves owes me far exceeds any balance i could ever have owed them and it's time they paid their debt?
The balance is still wrong - by several thousand. There are still missing payments not credited from the end of 2021 and September 2022. Even the balance within their app contradicts the statement totals - different part of the app shows different balances. There is still no justification for the addition of 6k in jan, and bearing in mind all the other missing payments to date - my legals fees, and time spent on this to date, Jeeves need to compensate me, not. the other way around.
I recommend using a proper provider, such as Cashplus. Their system works!
Pulling the Plug
Jeeves was a good card to go with initially, but without warning they have revoked most of the benefits, cash back, spend limit, and are now forcing us to move from Visa to Mastercard, which stops a number of payments from going through. All in all it reeks of a company on the ropes and I wouldn't be surprised if Jeeves was done in the next month or so. Stay away.
It's all gone downhill
We started with Jeeves because they had great cash back opportunities. That was short-lived and soon we had so many loop holes to get that cash back that it wasn't possible for us to actually get our rewards. They've now removed our spend limit with no warning so we suddenly were left high and dry with employees having to use personal cards to get spend through. We've asked for our spend limit back but for some reason they have halved it for no reason, when we pay in full every month above and beyond our spend (also they don't have a direct debit and that's a pain). Honestly not worth it anymore. Back to Amex we go.
