Amazing experience brilliant service
I firstly want to say, I have had bad experience with brokers and vowed to never use them again, however that all changed after speaking with Tony from Troo. We have tried to speak to you further about your experience, as we can see a request was made to pull together a quote for you. From our perspective there has been a miscommunication on the next steps, and we can learn from that. We are really sorry that your experience with us wasn't a better one.

Dealing with energy companies is never easy and so when I couldn't get any further myself I asked for help from Aaron Lee at CLA Energy Services . He stepped in with a bit of pressure to resolve the issue. It did take a long time over all but now it's fixed.
