Fabulous friendly, professional service.

We are a very small family business, with a few different supplies. Kay at NGP has been fabulous in getting us good rates for our premises, and has got all our supplies aligned to one provider, with one contract end date. It has made my life so much easier, knowing that Kay is there to sort everything out, and she's always so lovely and friendly on the phone, as well as being very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend NGP to other businesses.

Very reliable and helpful service provider.
Staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Especially Matt Lee who I deal with mostly and also Graeme Thornton who I spoke to today.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with this energy company. The service has been consistently efficient and professional, with clear communication and prompt support throughout. My account manager, Russell Finn, has been particularly helpful—always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that operates to such a high standard. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable energy provider.

Always professional and efficient

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Northern Gas and Power.
I have been with them for years and they have looked after my business accounts with utmost professionalism.
In particular Jon Dent for the excellent support in managing my electricity contracts which are managed through blend and extend and Jon manages them all effortlessly.
Thanks also to Krist Pjetraj who offers great customer support and is very knowledgeable and helpful through these expensive times where energy prices are only increasing.

Fantastic level of customer service

As a business customer with multiple sites I have been dealing with Yasmin Hoganson at Northern Gas and Power for some time as she is our Key Account Manager there and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, any time I have needed to contact her she has replied in a very short space of time either with an answer or to advise what she is doing to resolve the query. If there are any issues which she has picked up before we were aware of them she has contacted me to let me know and nothing has ever been too much trouble. She was such a boon when it came to our transfer of energy to another provider and she made it a really smooth process for us, ironing out any teething troubles and making sure that we had all of the relevant information we needed. All in all I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experiences with Yasmin.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support Sherri has provided throughout my recent experience. From the outset, she has been consistently professional, responsive, and exceptionally helpful, whether I was seeking general advice or dealing with issues arising from my previous supplier.
Following my departure from that supplier, I encountered several challenges that ultimately required me to submit a formal complaint. This was a lengthy and complex process, yet Sherri remained with me at every stage. Her guidance, persistence, and expertise were instrumental in bringing the matter to a successful resolution.
Sherri managed the entire process on my behalf, relieving me of the burden of drafting correspondence or continually following up for updates. She kept me informed at each key point and ensured that everything was handled promptly and efficiently.
Given the demanding nature of my role and my limited spare time, Sherri’s support allowed me to focus on my core responsibilities without the added stress of managing the complaint myself. Her dedication and commitment have been invaluable, and I am extremely grateful for all of her assistance.

Great staff member

I was lucky to deal with a staff member called Graeme Thornton who was able to supply me with a spread sheet which was comprehensive and easy to understand. He listened to my needs and met my needs completely, an asset to the company.

Highly professional and efficient service

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Northern Gas and Power. In particular, I would like to thank Laurie R. (Customer Service Advisor) for the excellent support in managing and securing two British Gas electricity contracts for me. The process was smooth, and their expertise made everything much easier.
