What a disaster!

I ordered a bunch of stuff, they sent me the wrong items, I let them know and asked to be sent the correct items. they kept dragging their foot, I suppose because they wanted to make sure that I ship the wrong items back. the arranged for a pickup, their pickup person showed up at 3pm instead of scheduled 9am. I had to take two hours off my day to accommodate for it. Now they have their items back and I have neither my order or my money. Think twice before you order anything from them. Think long and think hard!

The cupboard is perfect for the use we are putting it to.
We are happy with the product.
And Trade tested staff were very helpful.

My Green tunnel arrived early and I was kept up to date on delivery. I now have plants in .Early start on the spring growth. Having vegetable garden is a big help for Pensioners

Good product, efficient delivery, good post support

I recently ordered and received a Training Dog Collar set which arrived safely and works very well. However, I followed up with a request and things went downhill fast. I wrote a very poor review and I now wish to retract it. I was contacted by their Customer Service Team Leader, Matthew. His response was awesome and he soon put everything right. He was really helpful and Trade Tested are now the highlight of all the companies I deal with. The speed with which he sorted out the problem was impressive and I am now more than happy to deal with this company in the future. What a brilliant ending to this little saga.

I purchased 3kg Pestoff rodent blocks from TradeTested. I was impressed by their pricing, which was more than 10% cheaper (even with shipping) than the cheapest large retailer's prices. Shipping was very quick to rural address. The product works very well and I thoroughly recommend TradeTested.

Just be the company people are looking for and let them experience their purchases.
There is a need for other big players to bring pricing on their equipment down because if they don't, your oyster will be much more in demand and taste twice as nice.

I had exceptional service after a purchase that I made went wrong. There was nothing wrong with the product. The service I got to remedy the situation blew me away. Trade Tested could not have been more obliging. I thank them enormously for helping out an old lady who made an error.

The online "chat" told me I could actually see the item at the shop. Turned up and was only able to see the webpage images. Utter waste of time.
