Our recent tour ‘Taste of Puglia’ was an amazing experience.
From the moment we landed until the final farewell dinner, Stefano managed every detail with calm, professional precision. Hotel check-ins took seconds, bus transitions were effortless and what truly set Stefano apart, however, was his warmth and deep knowledge of the region. He gave recommendations for lunch and gelato in the various places we stopped on the day tours. Stefano made us feel very special and was available 24/7 during our tour. An exceptional tour manager

We recently returned from a Guided Tour of Puglia, Italy. Our Tour Guide Stefano was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was at hand always to answer any queries and provided us with excellent advice and tips about what to do and where to eat at each location we visited. Stefano well deserves this 5 star rating.

No support when we were stuck in Milan Airport for 10 delay on 8th Sept 2026. Very poor service.

At 11pm - 9 hours into our delay - we got complicated instructions on how to avail of our € 4 voucher. All the airport shops had closed by 9.30pm. Not much good.

What a lovely week we had on A taste of Puglia with Topflight.
The weather, the beautiful places we visited and a lovely group of people we shared it with. Our tour guide STEFANO was excellent!! Nothing was too much trouble. He looked after us all so well. So good humoured and kind. Kept us up to date also on the what's app group of meeting times, recommendations for places to eat and where to visit in each town.
And entertained us also. Great singer! Well done Stefano. 👏 👏. No 1 tour guide.
Very friendly staff at the hotel. It was far out of town though. There was a limited courtesy car into Ostuni which you had to be on the ball to get a slot.
I would recommend this trip. Beautiful part of Italy.

We’re just back from Topflight -A taste of Puglia. Great trip, saw so much. One place more beautiful than the last.
Stefano our tour guide was brilliant, gave us great information about everywhere including the best things to see and best places to eat. He was also good fun, not a bad singer either.
The hotel and staff were very good. We had a lovely spacious room on ground floor. Enjoyed swimming pool on our free days.
This was our first but not our last trip like this.

Just back from a wonderful week in Puglia. Hotel and staff were excellent, tours were interesting and efficiently run and of course the star of the show was our tour guide Stefano. What a man,- a superb communicator, engaging, funny, knowledgeable, hardworking, great attention to detail and ever present though-out the week. Top marks all round.

Fantastic trip with amazing weather, fantastic hotel, and an unbeatable group of people. 5 stars go to STEFANO, our exceptional group leader whose knowledge and good humour ensured the group felt more like family by the end of the trip! Stefano was simply the best. He was more than just a guide, he quickly become part of the group, always looking to make sure everyone was happy. We had an accomodation issue and he went the extra mile and putting himself out to ensure we got sorted. All of the day trips were really good, Stefano made sure of that. Certainly recommend Topflight. A memorable trip.

I am just back from the Taste of Puglia tour with Topflight and it was excellent. We had a great itinerary visiting five or six special places in the south of Puglia. We stayed in a very comfortable hotel and enjoyed very good food both in the hotel and all the other places we visited during the week. The week was made extra special by us having a fantastic tour guide – Stefano who was super professional, always very well-organised, attentive, kind and generous. Most importantly, he was great fun and entertained us on a number of occasions with his excellent singing. What a man!

Great holiday from start to finish 😁 great on time flight with friendly staff on board, meeting representatives at the airport, the very informative coach ride to our accommodation, beautiful accommodation , having representative on WhatsApp in case we needed them😁

We loved this tip to " A taste of puliga" the trips were fantastic and everything went so smoothly because our our guide STEFAN ..He was amazing,he went above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time ,and we all did .For us the hotel was far out but topflight supply a car between certain times to yr local town Oustini which is great .We loved Oustini.The hotel is lovely but we did not like the food ,we prefer to go out for dinner ,which was fine .The staff in the hotel were very kind and caring and helped us with recommending beautiful restaurants and scenic bars in ostuni which were fantastic 😍

Topflight were efficient, our representative was very supportive. We would certainly travel with Topflight again.

Stefano was brilliant, nothing was any bother, looked after us so well. Can’t praise him highly enough.

Excellent guide and lovely location.
Stresa is a lovely spot with plenty to do on our free days. The guide shared lots of ideas via whatsapp which was very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable holiday. I was very impressed with the response when there were airport delays on the return journey.

Loved Tastes of Puglia. Loved our guide Stefano - he was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was also fantastic/ great food & friendly obliging staff.

Topflight are Brilliant and the resort reps were amazing. Everything was superb until are departures and checking in at airport. Nothing to do with the reps who were really frustrated by the person that was doing are check ins. It was such a poor experience it put a real dampener on the holiday. I can only describe the check in person as ignorant, totally oblivious to passengers needs and a poor advert for Custom Service. Wendy are resort reps tried her best to help at check in but was ignored by this person that should never be allowed to front face with passengers.

Booked a trip to Lake Garda for a week in the Majestic Palace Hotel in Malcescine with Topflight. Flew out with NEOS Air. Lovely flights. Top hotel, lovely food, spotlessly clean and extremely pleasant staff. Super de luxe room was huge with a large couch and balcony. Entertainment 3 nights was absolutely fabulous. Shuttle bus takes you down to the village and back several times per day. Village is lovely but shops are expensive. Didn’t get to the cable car due to bad weather but did get the ferry to Limone for the market. Lovely trip and picturesque town. Worth a visit. Scenery is very dramatic and the lake is huge. Second trip with Topflight. Highly recommend, first class service. Pleasure to deal with.
