We found Hau to be very helpful in every phone call and message nothing was a problem. When we had a problem regards switching a flight for my husband she arranged everything with the airline in question and got it sorted no problem

I booked a cruise with Will and it was a very positive and pleasant experience . He was informative and efficient. What really impressed me however was how he really listened to me and found the best option for my needs. He provided a really personal service . He also explained all future interactions, booking flights later etc will be managed by him . That continuity of service and personal relationship with the client is something I really value .
