I was less pleased that I paid in full but you did not have the item in stock at that point.
Your packaging department leaves much to be desired. The main box had to be taped up by couriers. The battery and charger rattled around unprotected in a plastic bag.
I was astonished that it was all there and that it works.

The company provided helpful information on the phone when I needed to buy a new lawnmower. Afterwards I placed an order online and it was delivered a couple of days later. Good service.

The ordering process was straightforward, but unfortunately that was where the good customer service ended. After hearing nothing for several weeks, I called a number of times and was repeatedly promised that someone would get back to me, but no one did.

Eventually, I received a call and the item was delivered. However, the staff I spoke to did not seem to know whether it was actually in stock, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

Thankfully, everything worked out in the end. The lawnmower is good and is working well.

The purchase was smooth sailing I was emailed a receipt straight away and I was kept upto speed on the delivery and the exact time it would arrive the delivery guy on the day went above and beyond he didn't just deliver it to my door he was very helpful and carried it right to my shed around the back. the service , delivery and the lawnmower were excellent I would highly recommend.

I ordered a ride on mower on Friday, got a phone call lunchtime Monday to tell me the pre delivery inspection was complete and that the mower would be shipped today. Delivered on Wednesday early afternoon.

Ordering goods for pickup was so easy via the website. The email confirming goods were ready to collect came very quickly and the collection was very easy and straightforward. Highly recommended.

I was buyinga few chainsaw spares, and found them here at a good price. The bar and chain combo showed a 7-10 day delivery, which was fine. The whole order arrived much sooner than that, far earlier than expected. Very happy!
