We’ve had the privilege of using LDC’s leak detection service on numerous occasions, and they have consistently delivered an exceptional level of professionalism and thoroughness. Their pricing is transparent and clearly outlined, and the quality of their service makes them well worth the cost.

Whether it’s a large commercial job at a school or a minor leak in a home, you can always rely on LDC to identify the issue and, where possible, carry out the repair. We highly recommend their services and will continue to use them time and time again.

Elliott arrived on time, was very professional and thorough in his investigation. The leak was pinpointed and a very minimal amount of floor had to be taken up and excavated to solve the problem.

I would highly recommend this company and Elliott!

The guy that came out was thorough and honest. he answered all our questions, we felt he knew what he was doing and found our leak

Excellent job by Andrew. He was very professional and tried everything to find the culprit of our leak problem. I would recommend this company to anyone

Excellent company, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They came out quickly and sorted out our issues here very efficiently as well as providing some impartial advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again (hopefully that wont be needed though :)

Eliott was quick and explained the whole situation step by step.

Thanks

The Leak Detection Company, engineer Jamie who attend to investigate a leak in my property, was very professional and polite. He had shown great professionalism, knowledge and patience in explaining the diagnostics process and explained all actions he had taken every step of the way. I was extremely happy with the visit went. Jamie was able to identify the source of the leak which is exactly what I needed. Many thanks to Jamie at LDC.

Very helpful and professional

On time, professional, insightful and clear in the explanation and the analysis.

After a few google searches i chose to go with the Leak detection company after good reviews .
I can honestly say i felt happy paying for the services as the leak specialist Simon was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual polite and kept me informed of his actions whilst thoroughly investigating my property for an underfloor leak in a grade 2 listed property.
Simon used a variety of different methods to locate the leak and was 99% certain the spot we chose to dig was the right one and as this involved lifting a flagstone floor was a brave statement.
The leak was exactly where he had identified and he set about replacing the defective pipework.
I was honestly expecting a much more traumatic experience but Simon seemed pretty upbeat about the leak once we had identified the location.
Would not hesitate to recommend the service and 100% happy with the repair.
Thanks

Found via Google search. Appoint booked quickly and came as agreed. Found the leak and fixed. Highly recommend

Thoroughly professional and methodical in detecting possible problems, giving clear explanation of actions taken. Totally satisfied with both the outcome and the friendly service provided by Andy.

AMAZING. They did not come. They did nothing, Because they made it perfectly clear that the issue was not bad enough to warrant their services.
They could EASILY have come, charged my hundreds of pounds for nothing. For this reason, for the integrity shown, I would give 6 stars if I could. Amazing.

Experienced, professional service, would recommend

Sunny was the engineer. Apart from being highly qualified and experienced he was the nicest person.

Found via a Google search and chosen because of first impressions of website.

Very easy to book an appointment when I called them.

Very clear communication and explanation of the process.

Gentleman (Andy) who came along was very friendly and professional. Completed the task in a timely manner.

Nick was really friendly, and put the property owners at ease. He kept me informed throughout his visit and sent photos and videos with detailed explanations. Thorough and very helpful, highly recommended.

Great! After others failed to spot the problem, even though it was a simple one, it was found it within an hour! He then went on to double check everywhere and pressure tested the system. My engineer Simon was very pleasant and friendly, I felt at ease and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It might seem expensive but it's worth it, especially if no one else can seem to help!

Great service - very efficient and hopefully we have now found the leak - thanks Annabelle

Two companies that we called could not detect the leak, so we called the Leak Detection Service and I’m glad we did.
Anthony came in with a big smile on his face, very friendly and willing to help. He explained everything he was going to do in detail, and in a short amount of time he found the leak. Once finished he left the area nice and tidy. I would recommend this company to everyone.
