Excellent company, I use them frequently and they always deliver!

Prompt and friendly service. Our leak was detected and repaired with very little mess and despite it being under wooden flooring you could barely see that any work had been done. Anthony was friendly and efficient. They are not the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend them.

Boiler kept loosing pressure and was told I have an under floor leakage which was found today by leak detection Ltd.

By mid afternoon the main leak had been found and a temporary fix carried out.along with some other recommendations that were relayed back to the boiler company and fixed under warranty. After a bad experience diagnosing a hidden leak with a plumber arranged through our British Gas cover (who clearly didn’t even try) after a few days of worsening conditions, we contacted The Leak Detection Company via their website. They were really prompt in coming back to us (within an hour) and we arranged a visit for a few days later (as we were traveling). They subsequently reached out to say they had an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. We ended up being able to diagnose the issue in the interim, but their professionalism and customer service was excellent.

Excellent service. Friendly plumber. Explained the process thoroughly. Correctly identified asbestos materials during process. Managed to leave us with hot water while we waited for asbestos to be removed so leak could be fixed - we'd had two other plumbers around by that point and neither had thought to do that.

Nicholas was helpful and professional managed to identify a leak under the driveway within the intal call out time.

I am waiting for a repair to take place but based on my experience so far am pleased with the service.

Excellent service from this company from start to finish. Simon was very helpful and professional. He called me when he was on his way to give me an estimated time of arrival. He located the leak quickly which was coming from a pipe from my kitchen waste under the floor. He made a very small hole in my kitchen floor and used a camera to find the leak. Simon explained what he was doing and showed me the leak on the camera. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix the leak due to it being under kitchen units and inaccessible. Simon advised me to contact my insurance company and explained what his recommendations were to solve the issue. I received a report the following day which I was able to forward to my insurance company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and The Leak Detection Company.

The residents reported back to me, your operative was polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing, the outcome and his recommendations.

A very nice guy came out, but honestly, it was just too expensive. left me £1000 lighter without a fix. In fairness, his departing Hail Mary "let's see" what tomorrow brings did actually reveal the problem, but if it didn't, I would still be £1000 down without a fix.

It would have been helpful if the account was shared between the three properties as agreed rather than giving it to me. This puts me in a position of a debt collector. The quality of the wrok was very good.

The engineer was puntual and polite. He carried out the task in hand professionally and did indeed find the cause of the leak. I would highly reccommend the service you provide. I am only sorry that you don't provide a service to repair the leak.

Whilst the leak that was detected was fairly straight forward, the service in collecting all the supporting information and personal explanation of the leak and processes around it was fantastic.

A great job done professionally, all to the allocated timescale and with the minimum of disruption. Very pleased with result.

I contacted this company as a last resort. The engineer. Simon. said the issue was a flow one, not pressure. He did everything he could to locate the issue, which turned out to a bolt stuck in the pipe work that had probably been there since the flats were built 20 years ago. He wasn’t going to be beaten, replaced valves and pipes and I’ve had the first hot shower in years at home! Would highly recommend.
