It's not often I feel compelled to log on to give positive reviews for a company, but Barcode Warehouse have been excellent from start to finish.

Problems getting the stock, but updates at every stage. Changes on our end meant we needed to return the order; we were informed and helped at every step even though it was a refund process. Can't speak highly enough.

I just wanted to say, that although I ended up cancelling my order, as my Wife surprised me with some mats for my new car, the customer service I received was outstanding!! Charlie very quickly responded to my cancellation request & was very understanding, professional & polite at all times. Spent few hundred pounds and Bought 2 zebra printers in 3 years both developed exactly same problem printing blank labels or missing imprints. one of the printer is just over 1 year old and used only less than 6 weeks and not doing the job its suppose to do completely been ripped off.
Not happy at all.

We've used The Barcode Warehouse for years and they've never put a foot wrong, recently however a mistake was made on our end during a returns process and Charlie went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. He put us at ease and fixed our mistake incredibly quickly. He was extremely quick in responding to emails and was always cheerful.

I always find barcode warehouse helpful whether placing orders or enquiries and always supply our orders on time and correct.
Yesterday we had an issue with an order that our staff had chosen the incorrect label, having dealt with Chelsea Wood she came back with the correct one we should have chosen, and dealt with the new delivery of the correct one without any issues. We have been using Barcode Warehouse for the last few years and have always been able to rely on them to deliver top quality key hardware at a competitive price, on time.

Personally whenever I have contacted the team I have always been supported with excellent account management & customer service.

My only suggestion for an improved overall customer experience would be though that you take a proactive approach to advising customers of partial shipments. Our most recent purchase resulted in a partial delivery, which caused us having to get in touch. The remainder of the order was delivered shortly afterwards, and well within our project window, but still it would have been good to be informed.
