I ordered 11x snap on chargers on 13th January 2021. It was stated on the website that I would receive the items within 2-5 working days. I have still not received the items and would have marked this rating at 1 star had it not been for the customer service I received.
At first I gave the delivery the benefit of the doubt and waited until Monday 25th January to chase the order. I received an e-mail straight back from customer service saying my order would arrive on Wednesday/Thursday and it would be dispatched upon arrival. I didn't receive the order and I chased this up on Wednesday 3rd February. Again I got an answer straight back from customer services stating they will be shipped the following day, on Thursday 4th and will be with Barcode Warehouse by Monday 8th. On Monday I contacted customer services only to find the date had changed again (no surprise at this point) and the order was now going to be shipped to barcode warehouse on Friday 12th February.
I did try to find an alternative option and I was put through to the purchasing team. Nevertheless, that option was a further £200.00 extra and was also being delivered from overseas. I was sceptical this option wouldn't arrive on time given the current problems I am facing.
The customer service team were all very apologetic and helpful, trying to resolve this for me.
I did call again today, 17th February and was told there was some good news. 8 of my chargers would be delivered over the next few days, 2 more should arrive next week and the final 1 just after.
Although Barcode Warehouse have failed to manage customer expectations and failed to deliver the chargers in a timely manner (with Brexit and the overseas transportation holding some blame for this), I do feel I need to mention a particular staff member who went above and beyond to help me.
Beth is part of the customer service team and had taken it upon herself to push for the delivery of these chargers. She managed my calls with professionalism and kindness, even when I was upset and angry. I really felt Beth was trying to help me and displayed great customer service. She really is an asset to Barcode Warehouse and I want to personally thank her for everything she has done leading up to this point.
Hopefully we will receive the 11 chargers this month.

Can't recommend highly enough, I was struggling to install a printer and 1 phone call immediate answer, did a screen share and sorted it all in 5 minutes saving me hours of frustration. Excellent - thank you so much :)

I spoke to Luke Moore in technical support and was so impressed with not only his product knowledge but more importantly his customer care. Luke would be a credit to any business and his efforts should be acknowledged by his line manager.

We bought this brand new Zebra ZD420 printer after having a detailed & productive advise session with Sara Graham at the Barecode Warehouse. Infact we discovered after speaking to Sarah that one printer can allow different label sizes, this point was real saver. Our choice of supplier was based on the standards of tech support or after sales service. We got this requirement matched exactly with barcode warehouse. During the initial setup we had to contact technical support and I must say that the quality of support provided by Mr Luke Moore (sorry if i have spelt it wrong) was awesome and beyond expectations. Luke was professional, couteous and knowledgeable. Their customer service is excellent. I have used them 3 or 4 times over the years and have found their products to be appropriate, very economically priced and their delivery times fast. Most recently they helped me to select a good scanner, which when ordered was delivered very quickly.
