I was often scared at the start of the coaching course, but I have learned that it is what we do with the fear that counts! Synergia helped me to rediscover my strengths and weaknesses and how to deal with them. Self-understanding helped me to express myself with clear intent and purpose that resonates with the people around me. Having researched local providers of the ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring, I decided on Synergia because they appeared to be the most professional, experienced and the reviews of the team and course were impressive.
My expectations were high, and I wasn't let down! From the moment I signed up to the course I could see I was not going be disappointed. Each member of the team has gone above and beyond to ensure my learning journey has been smooth, designed for my needs whilst also addressing the needs of others in the cohort.
