Small fix to a Cartier tank watch catch, fixed as a walk-in. Friendly staff, can do approach and repair carried out within a few minutes at a very reasonable price.

We are in receipt of the refurbished Rolex and are amazed at the skill of your team. Not in our wildest expectations did we imagine that a well loved, but beyond tired, family heirloom would be transformed in this way.

Had an excellent experience with the company. I was slightly concerned about sending a much loved piece off into the internet world, but needn't have worried. Communication was not effusive, but responsive when I asked. The lead time was quite long but they had to source parts, so understandable. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. And I am extremely happy with the finished and restored watch. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend SwissMade.

Excellent service from SwissMade on my wife's Baume et Mercier, and at a reasonable price. The process is very efficient, and made so easy for the customer to securely get their watch from home to SwissMade, and then safely back home again. What a breath of fresh air these people are. I needed a repair on my watch that others were unable to achieve. A quick phone call to SwissMade Hatton Garden and I was pleasantly assured the repair could be undertaken. On arrival a very nice lady took all the details and asked me to take a seat while she would see what could be done on a "while you wait" basis (that was a surprise in itself!) Forty minutes later and the almost impossible had been achieved. My watch was all repaired as good a new and back on my wrist.

I recently had excellent customer service at SwissMade. The team were extremely friendly and accommodating. I came in for a simple battery change and it was very quick and straightforward. It was very easy to find the location. Would definitely recommend SwissMade and I will be coming in again!!

Excellent service. Arrived late in the day and not only did they replace the battery in my Tag Heuer watch and pressure test it, but also removed a link to make it fit my wrist better and tightened the clasp. I was also charged less than I paid for a battery replacement in a well-known Knightsbridge department store several years ago. Truly outstanding.

I trusted this business to service two luxury timepieces: my Rolex Datejust and my wife’s Cartier Ballon Bleu. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing.

The Cartier recently stopped working after condensation developed under the crystal. Upon inspecting the watch, I discovered six of the eight caseback screws were completely missing. This watch has never been handled or opened by any other third party since it was returned to us, and it is kept safely in a mechanical watch winder. In my opinion, it is highly likely that the case back was not properly secured during the service, causing the remaining screws to work loose over time, destroying the watertight seal, and allowing moisture to ruin the mechanism.

I sent a formal, private email to their service team to bring this severe oversight to their attention and requested an inspection. They have completely ignored my communication.

While the service took place a few years ago, I expected a specialist workshop to stand by their craftsmanship—or at the very least, respond to a loyal customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Further to the response, I did not receive any response to my attempts to reach out, it was only after posting the negative reviews that I was contacted. Whilst I appreciate that a 2 year warranty is given, the fact 6 screws were not put back is inexcusable. I have been asked to pass on my watches reference number so hopefully there may be a resolution to this. It's just a shame that it had to come to this to get a response.

Can't fault this company - they took my 17 year old Omega Seamaster that was significantly scratched and not working and after leaving it with them for 2 months I've a watch that works and looks (almost!) like new.
It's spotlessly clean and shiny and I'm having to look extremely hard to find any of the old deeper scratches.
The price was very fair, communication has been good and the watch was returned to me in line with the timescales I was expecting

Quick feedback when I enquired, and also fixed my problem quickly while I waited. Because my problem turned out to be very simple, they did not charge me. I was both surprised and delighted at how I was treated.

I will definitely use them again if I need watch repair or service.

SwissMade really understand how to look after their customers. I have been using them for several years and they always go above and beyond. And if that’s not enough their pricing is very fair.

I needed to remove some links off my Omega watch. Harrison at SwissMade was kind enough to help me with this. Links were removed on site so no need to leave watch and collect on another day. Great service all round. Thank you
