What a fantastic company they serviced my Seiko kinetic watch fitted a new capacitor and replaced the glass and cleaned it for a very reasonable price compared to what Seiko would have cost. Sent the watch on Thursday notified me that they had received it on the Friday sent me an email on the Sunday to say they were posting back and I received it on the Tuesday superbly packaged. Brilliant service!!
Sold a Tag watch as “brand new” but clearly not — caseback has tool marks from being opened, bezel appears polished, and there are visible signs of wear. Seller ignored messages, would not help after eBay issue, and refused return. Beware of this seller.

The watch in question was sold as new on eBay and was in pristine, unworn condition, with the manufacturer's tags and protective films still intact. The listing included 17 high-resolution photographs and a video that presented the watch in detail prior to the purchase, thereby ensuring full transparency regarding its condition. The case back was opened solely for the purpose of professionally installing a new battery, which enabled us to offer a complete warranty.
In response to the concerns raised, we acted promptly and extended an offer for a full refund. This offer was declined; the buyer opted to retain the watch and he closed the case.
For clarity, the option for a full refund remains available should you choose to return the watch.
We take great pride in our reputation and consistently strive to be fair and transparent in addressing any concerns.
Both we and eBay maintain comprehensive records of this transaction.
I have a very sentimental 1993 Tag watch that had stopped working. Needed new movement and was quoted £250 by another company. The Watch Bench has fixed, cleaned and returned, my much-loved watch within 10 days, at a cost of £139. Excellent service. I highly recommend. Thank you ‘The Watch Bench’.

Fantastic service! I bought a pre loved, 25 yr old Omega seamster, which had some age related scuffs and scratches on the case and bracelet. I shopped around and most of the local jewelers quoted around £200 for a polish. I found the watch bench via an online search and their price was less than half.
It was a bit of a leap of faith posting a reasonably valuable watch to an unknown entity, but I am so glad I did.
Communication was excellent throughout the process and my watch came back looking like new and in a very handy travel case.
First class service and tremendous value!

Thought my ted baker watch was confined to the drawer when I dropped it and smashed the glass , hand also fell off .
The watch has a lot of sentimental value to me so when I found these guys and they confirmed they could repair it I was delighted. Sent it, got it back a week later good as new. Can’t thank them enough. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Wasn't too sure about this company as they didn't have a presence on here, so I added them because their service was excellent. Unlike other companies you pay for your repair upfront (they have set prices) and pay to send the item yourself, but they pay for the return. Other repairers quoted me a lot more than watchbench. These people did a great job, replaced the glass, kept me informed and returned it well packaged.
