I am literally fuming right now at how…

I am literally fuming right now at how BAD the customer service is at this company. I ordered some Swiss Hot Chocolate to give to my husband as a Christmas present and IT NEVER ARRIVED, despite the fact that I ordered it well in advance of the holiday. They rarely update me and are not giving me a refund (even though it's been over 2 months), just insisting that they need to check with their shipping company. What a joke. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. And isn't it ironic that it's a Swiss company? Maybe just their clocks, watches and trains run on time. They need to figure out customer service, too. I mean, put your customer first at the very least, and if you screw up, don't blame the customer, issue a refund. No, I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company, like EVER.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

I purchase some products from this scam site, they sent the products, the customs of my country received the order and informed me.

I tried to pay the fee, had some issue with the customs, I even contacted swissmade because I needed an invoice requested by the customs (Which they didn't even sent, only a confirmation email of my order), and after all the issues I had, I asked the customs to return the order.

The order was returned and I contacted swissmade several times to know when was I going to be refunded. A so called Mary talked to me, never seen such a poor assistance, the woman is totally useless and she only informed me that the order was returned because I didn't pay the customs....

So exactly what I told her, I didn't want the trouble any more with the customs, so I ask them to return my order. And this was the entirety of her argument, she did even mentioned anything about the refund..

I order this the 8/10/2025 and I still don't have a refund!!! They stole from me 40€!! PLEASE don't buy from this scammers, Mary will not help you and will only play with you.

I don't even understand how this site is still operating, NEVER in my life did I buy from a scammer site on the internet... I hope ppl will not fall for this as I did. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

Wish I would have seen this before I…

Wish I would have seen this before I placed an order on August 22, 2025! The package apparently spent 2 weeks in the Hague. Now its been somewhere in Germany for a month! I have emailed twice and have received no response and definitely no refund. I say 0 star.

No customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Swissmade.direct. I placed an order on September 18th and was promised delivery within 7–14 days. As of today, the order has not even been dispatched.

I contacted their customer service (including sending a detailed email asking for an update or a refund), but I received no response at all. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and no accountability. I cannot recommend ordering from this website.

My First Order - Customer Service was the WORST

This was my first order with them. I paid $100 for shipping, and they assured me that it would arrive in perfect condition. They even advertise that they ship worldwide with no issues. When the order arrived--the chocolates were melted. I contacted them and sent pics. They told me they would make it right. Every other week I contacted them and they said "they are still looking into it with the Swiss Post." Three months later, nothing. They then asked me for pics AGAIN. In the last contact with them, they said the Swiss Post needed me to fill out a "CN24" with my post office. There is no such form at the post office. Don't ever buy from them. Wasted $220 on melted chocolate and another $100 "shipping."

Avoid this online shop!

Worst online shopping experience in 20+ years. Order took 2 weeks to dispatch, no replies to emails for weeks. Goods arrived excessively late with high customs fees. Returned the package; they took 3.5 months to confirm receipt, then refused a partial refund. They even changed their Terms & Conditions in the meantime and now cite the new version to deny the refund. Totally unprofessional and evasive. Avoid.

nice goods, thats all

nice goods. Well packed. 3 Weeks delivery -- no information about. It took them allready one week to send it. Also no information about customs clearance. Parcel was not delivered to the address. Had to go to the post offive and pay onother third of the price in customs. expensive shipping costs. At all, I did pay 30 eur for 3 bars of chocolate

Frais de douane non compris !!!

Les frais d'envoi vers l'étranger sont non seulement délirant, mais en plus ils ne tiennent pas compte des droits douane ! La douane suisse m'a réclamé le double du prix déjà payé ! Suite au refus de payer, impossible de se faire rembourser !!! Une vraie arnaque, si vous n'êtes pas en Suisse.
