My Omega Seamaster Professional has been serviced by STS four times over 23 years.
Despite living a bit of a distance away I have always taken and collected it personally.
I’ve just got it back from its latest service plus a few cosmetic replacements parts after a 5/6 week turnaround. It’s like a brand new watch. The staff in house were excellent and communication throughout has been exemplary. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews on here as they are in complete contradiction to my experience.

My 4 year old Ball engineer diver watch stopped working. I sent my watch to them via Hand T.
I was told I'd be updated when it gets to the repair shop.
5 weeks later I chased them up and they said they had my email down wrong so couldn't contact me.
They quoted over £400 pounds. I said I'll come and get my watch thanks.

I sent my Ball watch to Swisstime as they were the recommended company by Ball to provide in warranty work on my watch, the watch was sent to them in July 2025 and I still haven’t received it back, it’s now January 2026. They had previously advised me that Ball are notorious for taking a long time to provide replacement parts. I was notified that the part had arrived late December and would have to wait until the new year, still waiting- not at all very good for a £2500 watch. Please be mindful if thinking of purchasing one or sending it in for repair, great watches when they work, by the time it get it back the warranty may have run out

STS worked on my 1961 Omega Constellation. The work was completed on time and with good communication. I have had the watch back about a month and it's keeping good time. They are expensive and there are cheaper repair/service options available in the UK.

I requested an Omega replacement strap as part of the service, and STS were unable to fulfil this.

Sent Porsche design chronograph for new stem. (Lemania 5100)
Found tiny bit of corrosion on mechanism retaining spring so wanted £900 for service. Ok so be it - I asked for them to return watch and it was just loose in the box I sent it in, not on cushion. Bracelet not joined and original stem not in the little container I sent it in. watch just rattling around in box with bracelet.
Waste of time

I had to give them 1 star because there is not a zero.
Del Boy Trotter has given up selling watches and gone into the repair job. My Tissot went to them Mid March, Eight weeks ago I contacted the jeweller it was losing time and they had sent for the parts. This morning it was something to do with the hands! I am going to Canada on holiday tonight minus my watch. If anyone deals with these con men beware. Lying incompitent frauds.

Completed a full service on my Girard Perregaux watch. Fast and very professional service. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
