The experience with Super Dry was excellent the clothes came promptly and they let me know within a few hours my goodies were on their way
The clothing is of excellent quality

Difficult to refund outside UK. Not too happy. Have to check with Care by email, waiting for reply.

Quick to take my money but very poor return service it has been 2 weeks since I return a shirt for exchange with no conformation or exchange of shirt even after I emailed to find out what or where shirt is but still no reply or return
I sent it registered post with a signature and it was signed for at return depo

But no it asked me to voice my opinion instead so again I ask where is my shirt and why has my email been ignored

Everything was so easy. Choosing the right size, ordering, payment. Shipping was super quick. The only problem - hard to choose from such a great range of styles :)

The customer service is really the worst.

Got a size 8 jacket, and have exchanged it for a size 10. Its been almoat 3 weeks, no mails responses or acknowledgement.
Its a shame I had to waste $100 getting a jacket from Superdry. I would rather give it out on charity.

Superdry should stop selling stuff in Australia as long as they cant sort the customer service experience. I feel harassed.

Postage from UK was faster than within Australia. T-shirt is top quality and perfect fit.

I have no problem except the sizing for NZ women are small. I ordered an XL. This didn't fit me but fitted my daughter who is usually a size 12.

I returned an order to Superdry Australia to exchange for a smaller size. There was a small issue with my order that was dealt with through Superdry UK. My issue was resolved within a few days and the staff at Superfry UK were understanding and so quick to resolve my issue. Thank you Superdry UK and Australia.
