I never thought I would be compelled to write a review of a tile shop but this is an absolutely exceptional place with outstanding staff and the best prices by far!! I loved everything and will never buy a tile anywhere else!

The Wilmslow stone store is in a great setting..Beautifully layed out, amazing people ready to help and advise with zero pressure.
I would rate this place so high and would highly recommend.

I bought tiles for my entire ground floor and all three bathrooms, and the quality has been excellent. The service has been just as impressive — customer support has always been responsive and helpful. Millie in particular has been brilliant, from helping me choose the right tiles to making the in‑store experience really friendly. I’ve had to move delivery dates a few times and they were very accommodating, which made things so much easier. Highly recommend for both quality and customer service.

We went into the store not knowing quite what we wanted. Millie was great and gave us loads of advice and suggestions. Having looked at several options including from other outlets we went back to the Wilmslow store and now have chosen the tiles for our new extension. Thanks for all your help Millie

Initially attracted to the Superstone store in Wilmslow by the wide selection of floor tiles and the excellent value
initially chose the wrong tiles but nothing was too much trouble for the girls when it came to changing the order and then ordering 3 more tiles...
Overall an excellent experience and would have no hesitation in recommending this Company

Laura was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The shop has some fantastic ranges. I highly recommend the visiting the store.

Laura was amazing and provided excellent advice. After we got home, we ordered the tiles for our balcony, and they arrived just three days later. We’re now looking to do our bathroom and will definitely use Stone Store again.

Great to deal with and super easy delivery of samples. Kate and Laura were very helpful and we believe we have managed to resolve the stone for our front path and maybe for external patios.

Such a huge choice and fabulous staff on hand to help decision making so easy. Absolutely over the moon with the tiles which are just gorgeous and super quality!! Great on price too! The bigger tiles were definitely the right choice in the main bathroom as it looks so much bigger! Even more in love with the ones in our en-suite than we were when I first saw them I store!!

The easiest experience to buy floor tiles for the outside of our house. Both ladies gave us plenty of attention, helped with advice but not over powering. Very kind to our son and we’ve walked away feeling like we got value for money

We recently ordered tiles from Stone Superstore in Wilmslow for our whole downstairs and outdoor areas and the whole experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish.

I have to say Kate (or Super helpful Kate as she is now known in our family) was fantastic throughout. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and helped guide us towards the right tiles without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her advice on sizing was spot on and she went the extra mile to show us how different options would work with our kitchen colours and overall space. It made a big difference being able to visualise everything properly and it gave us a lot of confidence in our final choices.

What stood out most was how easy she made the whole process feel. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it was clear throughout that she really knew her stuff.

Millie also deserves a mention. Although she wasn’t directly involved in helping us choose the tiles, she was always friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable whenever we were in store. It really adds to the overall experience when the whole team is like that.

All in all, we’re really pleased with both the service and the tiles we’ve chosen. It was a smooth, stress-free process and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stone Superstores to anyone.

Showroom was very well laid out and had plenty of choice and samples, the staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Laura whom we dealt with.

I ordered Stamford outdoor limestone for our patio and the quality is fantastic.
The customer service was really great, very friendly in the showroom and knowledgeable about stone and porcelain options.

Really good experience. I did check the reviews here before ordering, as I have had so many issues with companies selling similar products but being utterly chaotic. Not here.

We needed the cobbles quickly, so I dropped them an email after ordering to ask if we could collect. The team was responsive and so helpful – they arranged everything for my colleague to collect, and it was all ready and waiting. They also gave us extra, as the items were loosely packed and they pre-empted that a small number might be damaged during the journey – I thought that was really thoughtful.

They also promptly refunded the shipping cost (which is understandably high for this product due to the weight of the stone), so I was left feeling really pleased having chosen and used Stone Superstore.
