From the sales aspect, to templating and installation - everyone was friendly and ever so helpful. Cannot fault their customer service! Extremely happy with the gorgeous worktops at a very reasonable price - would happily recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and a beautiful product, we are 6 months post installation of our quartz worktops from StoneCircle and very happy with them.

I can only say from start to finish the service was first class, Sue was very helpful with advice and her knowledge about the stone.
The guy who came and templated the kitchen and the fitters who installed the stone were all brilliant I can’t recommend them enough.

Was told when requesting quotation that it would take a week for a hearthstone to be made. We phoned to get the quotation which had to be amended as the person we spoke to wrote drown the wrong size, we accepted the quote and paid in full. When we phoned to confirm that the hearthstone was ready for pick-up we were informed that it would be another 10 days. The person on the phone abruptly pointed out that this was on the emailed quotation, we advised that an email was never received. The person from stone circle said that they had a copy of this email which they sent the day after we placed the order, they finally admitted that they hadn’t sent it but didn’t apologise for their rude behaviour. We were going to use them for our new kitchen but after the experience we had we will go elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly. We were sent photos of the product before cutting, the finished product was available in a timely fashion and the fitting was efficient and friendly.

The templating of both the island and L-shape were incorrect (the depth was 58mm and 29mm out respectively). I checked the dimensions and marked up the diagrams at approval time before it was manufactured and they repeatedly insisted that I would need to pay for a second templating service (they sub-contract it out). Nothing had moved - the templater got his reference points wrong when adjusting for the overhang from the cabinet notches for the handleless trim. I sent pictures with his markings on the cabinets and extensive measurements and marked up diagrams showing what was wrong. After a lengthy email exchange that went on for weeks they stopped replying, presumably because I was refusing to pay a second templating service. A week after the email chain finally dried up, I called and spoke to Dave in manufacturing (nice bloke!), sent through my diagrams, explained what the fundamental issue with the template was and he agreed to get diagrams re-drawn to my dimensions and manufacture to my dimensions (at my risk). Manufacture was good, the fitting team were good, templating and sales support were comical and didn’t even apologise for getting the template wrong and wasting hours of my time convincing them it was wrong. I got the distinct impression they’d rather I just let them make it the wrong size! I’m quite surprised they’ve asked me for a trustpilot review! Anyway, I still have all the emails and diagrams / pics to back up the review!

The finished product looks lovely. The showroom were very helpful and went through a lot of samples helping me pick. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently.

Outstanding company. Really helpful advice and stunning worktops, expertly installed. Absolutely perfect and the star of our kitchen! Can't recommend highly enough.

WE recently had a kitchen extension built. The design was complex and the quality of workmanship throughout was of a high standard. The honed quartz worktops supplied and fitted by Stone Circle only added to this. There was one small correction needed due to an error in their own measurements and this was handled very quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
We invited Stone Circle back to edge mitre and fit some outdoor weight porcelain tiles to a number of steps linking a courtyard to the kitchen (a job that most tilers would shudder at) and the outcome is of the highest standard. It was an expensive finishing touch, but the quality of outcome and approach has justified it to us completely.

Nice product, Nice friendly installers. Competitive pricing and good advice in the showroom. Would be five star if the following hadn’t occurred.

My builders think that more than two people should have been sent to install such a large island stone (3m x 1.5m) the stone was placed on top of the cabinets without alot of control as the two guys really struggled to deal with the weight of the stone. Damage was caused to the cabinetry. Not the installers fault at all, they really needed more man power!

The admin office refused to entertain the idea that any damage had been caused and then I was told I was being aggressive when I tried to explain what had happened. I think they mistook my upset and dismay at the situation, and showed absolutely no empathy at all. We paid a lot of money and ended up with a ‘wonky’ upstand behind the Aga and damage to the expensive bespoke cabinetry, and strange marks on the edges of the worktop that shouldn’t be there.

Stone Circle offered to put everything right with the wonky upstand (not the cabinet damage) but we were unable to sort a time out. The office kept sending emails saying somebody was on their way on the day, or would come. They didn’t once ask when would be convenient to book us in (we work!) instead they emailed on the day they wanted to come and hoped we would be able to drop everything to accommodate. Funnily enough on each occasion we were not able to be home for one reason or another (not our fault!)

Also, we did order a ‘polished under’ service for the barstool area of the island. But it’s more a rough finish, not really a polish at all and it was incredibly grimy on the underside when it was installed.

(Amazingly, the kitchen installers were brilliant and took care of the damage for us… which is exactly the type of customer care that was lacking in our Transaction with Stone Circle)

Stone circle were very helpful and informative from the first stage of walking through the door. This service continued through to installation which was finished to a great standard. The outcome is very good and love my worktops. Great service start to finish
