Really lovely worktops, fitters were friendly and left the room as tidy as when they arrived but with beautifully fitted surfaces.

Further to our recent installation of quartz stone which was cut and fitted perfectly in our kitchen and utility, we were delighted with the end results. We wish perticularly to thank Sue who took the time to talk us through all our possibilities and gave excellent advice regarding our final choice. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first class job.

I am delighted with the service and product provided by StoneCircle. Everything happened when it was meant to - the templating and the installation - and it was all done very efficiently and professionally. And the result (a new work surface in the kitchen) looks quite superb. You do have to prep the area beforehand, providing your own plumber and getting the old work surface removed, but I knew that (StoneCircle had made this clear to me), and once I had bit the bullet and arranged this to be done it all went very smoothly. Extremely nice people to deal with too!

Having had a disaster with a previous fitting we turned to Stone Circle for help and WOW what an amazing team. From start to finish they were phenomenal - customer service second to none, knowledge of product, supply, time spent with us with design - all outstanding - would recommend ANYONE to go there no matter what budget you have - you WILL NOT find a better service.

From our initial appointment with Sue at StoneCIRCLE we knew that we were in good hands. Sue understood exactly what we wanted to achieve in our kitchen renovation and narrowed down the wide choice of stone that their showroom had to offer to a couple of really stunning samples. After making our final selection we was then booked in for templating with Nigel who did a great job and was really informative. Finally on the day of installation we couldn’t have asked for a nicer team of fitters. They did a Stella job and were a pleasure to have around. Placed an order with this company for £85k.
I can honestly say it is the worst company I have ever dealt with after 45 years in the building industry.
One bathroom was clad in totally wrong colour marble.
It was agreed all surfaces to be honed 50% of the marble turned up on site polished which they then tried to hone on site, which I have since been advised this is not possible thus why the finish is awful.
They then refused to finish the job unless i paid the final payment of £2500 despite agreeing in writing that the final £5k would be paid on completion.
I would seriously think twice about using this company.

We were recommended Stone Circle by work colleagues. We visited their Basingstoke premises and were impressed with the warm professional welcome. Loads of samples to choose from, great advice.
After making our choice, we received the quotation within a day or so.
Agreed the details and to move forward. Templating date was arranged, lovely chap arrived on the date. Received the plans for design acceptance within 24 hrs. Worktops fitted the next week. Exceptional, friendly and professional service. Can’t rate this company high enough, recommend to anyone requiring worktops.

From sales to templating and finally installation, Sue and the team at Stone Circle have been excellent. We chose Neolith and are delighted with it. Everyone we met at Stone Circle were extremely helpful and the fitting team were friendly, professional and extremely tidy. If we ever need worktops again we will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent advice given at the showroom on the types of worktop material available and a suitable white artificial marble top for our ensuite bathroom was recommended. The worktops were made up to match the dimensions of plywood templates I had provided. The installer made a very good job of fitting the work tops on the built-in cupboard units and fixing the washbasin. Everything fitted perfectly and the room was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the finished job.

Being a perfectionist and always doing everything myself, I was apprehensive about replacing my kitchen worktops with quartz as out of my ability or control, however handing the project over to Stone Circle proved a fantastic decision, from sales to installation the process was faultless and the finished article is absolute perfection which is the ultimate praise from me.
