We are local to Stone Circle and wanted to support local company. We knew they would be slightly more expensive than some other routes, but it was not as much a difference as we had originally thought. We also bought the worktop during covid so getting out and about to compare quality etc. was impossible. Ordering was easy and measuring up no problem. The actual worktop that came in was better than we imagined and the fitting team were great. It still looks great and we've had no problems. I would certainly recommend going to visit and have a look at some worktops they have out the back to get picture of what you are getting, swatch tiles don't show it that well.

Exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and superb service from ordering to installation. Totally recommend.

Very good experience from start to finish

Fantastic company from start to finish. We needed worktops for an outdoor kitchen. We couldn't find many options but then we came across StoneCircle - problem solved! They advised us on what we needed, gave us so many choices and then just took all of the stress out of it. They visited, measured, templated and fitted all within 10 days. Quality superb, workmanship superb and the team are just so lovely to deal with. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Excellent value for money and wonderful kind people. Thank you for our lovely worktops!

The whole team at Stone Circle have been fantastic,I would highly recommend.
With Sue’s help we have had granite replaced on the kitchen island and made a lot bigger.
Sue’s organisation and assistance was amazing.
When the team came to fit they were incredibly respectful of being in your home, they worked so hard and non stop resulting in an amazing piece of work far exceeding what we had hoped to achieve. Well done team, I know this wasn’t an easy job!!

I contacted Stone Circle for help with replacing a marble bath surround. Dealt with Sue Vanhinsbergh in the Basingstoke branch. From initial contact to post-installation Sue was extremely helpful, she assisted us in choosing an even more more suitable material that matched perfectly and her advise was very much appreciated. All fitters who visited my home were extremely courteous, very tidy and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Stone Circle to family and friends.

Great choice of worktops - we were directed to stoneCIRCLE by our kitchen showroom (Silverbrow). We requested a sample of our chosen worktop and it was sent very quickly.
We visited stoneCIRCLE and made our decision.
When the worktop was ordered and delivered I was able to view it on site.
There was a small issue on fitting, but this was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction.
All in all very pleased - thank you!

Excellent service all round from Stonecircle. Staff were very professional. We were kept up to date with clear communication of any changes and appointment dates for templating and fitting. Fitting of the quartz worktops went very smoothly, everything was explained well by the fitters. Price was as quoted. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service all round. Welcomed and well advised at showroom. Worked well with my kitchen fitter. Everything went very smoothly and all done on time. Most importantly the worktops look great in our new kitchen. Totally recommend Stonecircle.

All as expected

Initially the customer service was excellent- but that was while we were choosing our stone worktop. Once they took the £6,000 from us it went downhill from there. They supplied a stone that hadn’t been treated (which they admitted to) and was more of a brown than black;they came out to our property over 5 occasions and couldn’t get it to look how the showroom stone looked. When I complained I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions (a very long winded piece hidden at the bottom of an email) and also called a liar as I had stated to the saleswoman that we had asked for a black stone, they argued I had not. In the end we had to give up- I would not recommend their service.
We realise that stone is a natural product and varies- but the product is very different to what was sold to us. We have renovated our whole house/extension and dealt with some fantastic local companies but Stone Circle felt like they’re happy to take your money but not actually provide a quality product and service.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble from the office to the installation very professional helpful. I would recommend Stone Circle excellent company.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen work surface. The fitters were very informative and friendly. They did a good job of the fitting and we were kept updated throughout. Would recommend.
