Great experience. Purchased the cyclops 8000 led upgrade for BMW F800GS and was very happy. After purchase, dispatch was within 1 day and delivery within 1 day of that. Great product with clear instructions, took 15 minutes to fit.
Would buy again!

It seems this company has a problem with online sales. My wife purchased something from them 3 weeks ago. After multiple emails and contact us forms we have had no reply. We now need to pursue this with our bank credit card. Stay away from this company or you will either lose your money or have a fight to get your money back.

Initially when I placed my order (from the US) nothing happened. Fortunately I did a screen shot of my confirmation page with the order number. 3 days later I received an email that my order had been received, but without a shipping date or any tracking info. I was planning a trip and hoped to get this part installed before I left, so I emailed the company 4 times over the next 7 days to find out the status. On day 11 they finally replied that the item had been shipped and that they would send me the tracking info later that day. They never did this, but the order arrived (with everything correct) on day 12. I was fine with this shipping time from the UK. If I had simply gotten a reasonable confirmation of my order and the shipping info I would have given them 5 stars.

Ordered Wunderlich part for my Beemer - needed for continental trip 2 weeks later. 2 days prior to departure still hadn't arrived. Had not responded to emails. Did answer the phone and admitted that he didn't have the part and had ordered it from competitor! (but it still didn't have it).
Did however refund me immediately whilst we were on the phone (paypal). That does not help me however right here, right now.
I have seen similar reviews about other Wunderlich stockists. Is there a good one anywhere?

Poor overall. Will not try ordering from them via interweb again.

I ordered a part from this website on 18/07/2017, I called the company on 19/07/2017 to see if it would be delivered for 21/07/2017. To be fair they did what they could to chase the part which would have to come from Germany. Unfortunately the part turned out to no longer be in production. If the permanently unavailable part wasn't being offered for sale, the following would have been avoided.
I was offered a different part (for more money) that turned out to be unsuitable for my bike.
To be fair Sportouring immediately offered a refund which I assumed would be automatic. I sent the part back by guaranteed post so it reached them on 24/07/2017. No refund was made into my account, so I called the company again on 28/07/2017 when they told me they would initiate a refund while I was on the phone. At that time I did not have any information from them regarding how long the refund might take or any proof that it had actually been initiated.
Since the creation of the Faster Payments system (which I worked on) electronic payments should take around 2 hours, so when no payment had reached my account by 28/07/2017 I called again.
It was explained to me that the system (World Pay) that the company uses can take up to 10 days to process refunds, which I think is totally unreasonable, however I do now have some documentation that the refund was processed and I do expect to get my money back.
Its been an unfortunate experience although Sportouring did want to help and offer good customer service, but it occurs to me that the whole situation could have been avoided entirely if the website was accurate.
So I'm sorry, but I can't recommend using Sportouring, although they are legitimate, they are not cowboys and they did try to sort the problem. It just wasn't as transparent as it could have been and consequently led to a lot of anxiety.

I'll keep this short and to the point.

The guys at Sportouring are awesome. Whether I've needed something in an emergency or fancied dropping in for a coffee and achat, the guys never fail to deliver.

Excellent supply of stuff in stock and everything else comes in fast. Prices can't be beaten and for the big stuff there's also the option of 0% finance.

Can't say fairer than that!
